Can’t say enough good things about my experience at this store with Will. I was transferring my phone from a different carrier to an existing family plan. He recognized our old plan was costing us too much and offered to change to a more current plan, found a great phone for me that ended up being pretty cheap after my trade in and got us in and out in under an hour. Would recommend over and over again!

I went into get my phone fixed and it was talked into buying another phone Under the pretense that a lot of it would be paid for by lowering my plan rate.I was lied to.It seems that the person I was working with would say anything to get a Sale.

This store is never open to the public ! I’ve come here 4 different times and every time it was either locked during open hours or notes on the door saying they’ll be back. Why have a location here if you can never serve customers during open hours . Just close this location down

There was only one employee working so I did have a bit of a wait. But I’ve never seen or received a better customer service experience. He not only made sure to greet everyone but continued to help and check in on other customers throughout their processes! Awesome experience
