Easiest purchase of iPhone I’ve had yet. Guy that helped me in the Scottsdale store, Jarad is great. Super attentive, direct, no nonsense. Seemed like a valuable team member to cherish. Rare nowadays to have someone take pride in the work they are doing like Jarad does. Thank you.

It is 10/5. I would caution customers when dealing with this authorized dealer with upgrading their phones. In the first week of July my husband and I went into the Pima location. We were taken well care of on the day, and we left feeling well taken care of, however now 3 mo. later our billing is still not correct. I’ve visited the location no less than 4 times( the last time this week on Tuesday 10/3) and still left without resolution…the owner in not in until Thursday and now it is Friday. We upgraded my iPhone 11 to a 14… it was to be free. This phone has record of being received but was not linked to our account. We are being charged $22.50/mo.. for that free phone. Should be a easy fix…not happening. My husband updated to an iPhone 13 which we paid for in full before we left the store. Now we are seeing a device charge for his phone due to a math error??? NOT our fault. This should be an easy fix. I’m now hearing it won’t be until Monday 10/10 that it will be “ checked into”. It should not take 3 months to solve this.

CJ was the man. I went in with an issue I had spent 3+ hours trying to resolve with different reps via the phone and at a different Verizon location and CJ fixed it within a few minutes. He is professional and competent and Verizon is lucky to have him.
