This Vitamin Shoppe is great. My son bought something and took it home only to find it did not have a seal. I found the receipt and brought it back to the store and the young man, who is either manager or assistant manager, was so friendly and so nice about the exchange. I went back a couple of weeks later to buy something else and asked his name so I could do this review and found out his name is Michael. This store is well stocked, clean, and the customer service is superb.

I been coming to this store for 2 years since i moved to Scottsdale. Aaron the "Manager here is by far the worst Leader this store has in place. Every time i have every came into this store he does not acknowledge me or nothing i even went into giving him Grace that he might have a bad day at 1st NOPE . Once again when i walk in he never say anything just BAD customer service makes you feel like you have to walk on egg shells ask him a question about a product he does not know LOL. My last encounter was me returning my product back Michael the other associate is AMAZING but Aaron put me on blast in front of Michael and other's that i can't return products all the time I'm not getting money just getting another product Aaron was VERY RUDE and very unprofessional . Told him that i will complain to corporates and he said to me i don't sign his checks WOW ok . I spend thousands of dollars with this company not coo .

Even though it's 25 minutes away from where I live, the commute is well worth it! Michael is amazing and is super attentive. Always making sure to answer any questions I may have or help with anything I'm specifically looking for. Love to chat it up with him about fitness and life, he's a great guy and great at his job! Hands down the best Vitamin Shoppe I've been too!

I came in in Thursday, January 19, 2023. Michael was the most amazing person ever. He greeted me with a super friendly attitude, threw in that outstanding professionalism followed by phenomenal knowledge of everything I wanted to get. I was so impressed with Michael and he made my day by giving me some excellent information that is extremely useful. To Management: Please take some time out of your busy day to commend Michael on his PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's individuals like Michael that make this world a better place

I am in the process of moving and needed some help finding just the right product for my stress level ! Michael helped me with my choice. He was exceptionally knowledgeable , attentive and personable. Bailey was right there with a friendly smile to quickly check me out ...can't beat those two for quality service. Helpful staff and clean but not a huge selection of vitamins and the shelves were not fully stocked. If you are looking for a variety in products I suggest you check out other stores.Oh! No shopping bags

Chain vitamin store, which is better than buying vitamins at chain pharmacies, still it is far from having great selection. Sales person could not answer basic questions on different brands, and after I purchased vitamins they could not provide me with bags for the products I bought.Not bad, not good - just there!

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Vitamin Shoppe. I stopped in on Sat., 10/22. The male sales associate working was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I went to check out, I gave him my phone no. I mentioned that I had cash rewards to use. He kept saying, "I don't see it". He never looked. I'm not even sure that entered my phone no. I told him that I was going to visit another Vitamin Shoppe to purchase my items and wished him a good day. His response was "I wish I could say the same to you" and made some other comment as I was leaving that I just ignored. I will never shop at this location nor do I recommend that anyone shop here.

The guy working named Aaron was extremely rude and shouldn't be working a customer service job if he doesn't know how to help a customer. Drove all the way down to this location only for him to say they didn't have the product and instead of helping me find a location or set up an online order to get the product he told me to "not trust the websites stock." Save yourself the time and gas and buy your supplements on Amazon

Good enough for what you need. Online, if you have an account, you can find the BOGO deals. Without a deal, they are priced the same as all nutrition shops. I go here when I find the deals. It's good enough.

The guy working is extremely rude! Came in asking for assistance to see if they had a product in stock. He was absolutely no help, had no clue what products they carry nor how to help.

Would never come here again! Sales rep Aaron was rude and abusive. Instead of helping to find best price for some supplements, he used store price data base - instead of finding me the best price for my online order, he tricked me by showing me the price from the database for the store. I have been going to this store for 25 years. Sellers like these need to be kicked out. He's new there, but before there were very nice guys.

This store is clean and has friendly and knowledgeable staff. Aaron always takes time to explain supplements, their sales and offer extra services like in store delivery and ask about things.
