Horrible customer service through the drive thru pharmacy. Always a line, and it's so true that they lack compassion and customer service. Was on hold for over 10 minutes. When someone finally picked up, I was promised a call back, and they never did.

Hands down THE WORST Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever used. I will be transferring all of my scripts to a different location. They regularly forget or just refuse to run my scripts through insurance. They don’t call me when they are out of my meds, I have to call them after I notice how long it’s taking. Some of the pharmacy staff are great, but some just don’t have the time to deal with their customers. I had a script for antibiotics sent in early afternoon, and I had to go in 24 hours later because it still hadn’t been filled. When I got to the counter they said “oh it’ll be 10 minutes”. That’s great n all, but I have a severe upper respiratory infection and have missed two doses now because you couldn’t get your stuff together. I shouldn’t have to go down to the pharmacy each time a script is called in and make sure they do their job. I’m done.

Recently moved to this area from Gilbert. This is by far the worst Walgreens and pharmacy, I’ve encountered. The customer service is horrible. They lack human compassion and care for their customers. Also, they are constantly messing up on prescriptions and have no accountability and blame it on lack of supply, prescription being transferred to another pharmacy by your request, which isn’t the case. Whoever manages the pharmacy needs to pay better attention and work on providing exemplary customer service.

1 car was at the drive-thru window for over 20 minutes because they couldn't find her prescription. Even McDonald's has figured out how to have people pull around so they can keep the line moving. Awful, awful pharmacy and based on the other reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way.
Good thing there are 3 different pharmacies in walking distance. Just need to have my doctor update the pharmacy on record. Never setting foot in this Walgreens as long as I live.

This is my neighbor store and pharmacy, and I will drive far out of the way not to use it, and today was a reminder why. Went into buy an item, it said “coupon $3 off”, when I got to the register they said “do you have the app?” I said, “nope but I have a Walgreens account and card”. The manager (lady with gray hair and glasses) said, “you have to download the app”. So I tried, but as she reminded me, the store has ZERO cell service to do so, so I asked if they had WiFi so I could download it? She said , “no”. I said, well could you just apply the coupon without the app?” Again, “no I won’t, no I can’t. She said I’d have leave the area to get cell service to download it. THIS IS THE STORE MANAGER!! I said, “just forget it and drove to CVS and bought it. No wonder this store is closing. Bad customer service will leave everyone here without jobs sadly, and your leader is your example of why that will happen. “No I can’t, No I won’t” attitude.

sadly, these people are overworked and miserable. VERY long wait times on phone, in person and in drive-thru. really long times too to get prescriptions filled--LIKE days of waiting!! apparently their corporate office doesn't care, otherwise they would address the problems.

Debra cashier was just standing around daydreaming. Then when she finally let me stand there for 10 mins, she comes over and when I paid for what I needed. The women goes and crumbles all the ones up in-front of me and try to hand them to me like such, says they are all new and we have to do that to all. Well in that case like actual cashiers use a product for it or even wear a glove. Never had I did that to someone or have someone do that even self checkout is more professional then this lady!.

Called in for medication today. They asked me what I needed (transfer a medication) and put me on hold for over 30 mins. The person picking up the phone sounded lazy and just didn’t want to deal with the customer. I am leaving this pharmacy!

Waited in line. Closed awning on me when it was my turn for their lunch break. Multiple times prescription suppose to be ready which it was not. Customer service telling me im not suppose to take my medication as prescribed by the doctor and the pharmacist. This place is a disaster, although i will say the pharmacists that work there are nice.

Pharmacy personnel on 04/10/24 at 12:35 pm (they don't go to lunch until 1:30pm) left me on hold for 28 mins. Someone not answering, just pushing the call to further length hold 5-6x (lost count how many) times. Then they finally let it ring 8-9 times and hung up the phone without a word throughout the phone call. Whoever is employed there at that time shift on that day doesn't clearly doesn't want/care to work. That's the quality of Walgreens' 'team'. (unfortunately wasn't the first time either).

I don't know what is the issue with the Pharmacists at this location. I guess Customer Services are not something they are interested in providing. I will take my business some where else.
