By far the best pharmacy in town. Reliable, always available to answer questions, pleasant to work with and never a long line. Previously tried CVS and Walgreens which were nightmares to work due to being unreliable with a pharmacist showing up or getting my prescription. Thank you Walmart Pharmacists and techs for showing up and doing an incredible job!

I have got my medications filled here before and rarely ever had any hiccups. Staff are always polite and helpful. One thing I have noticed about this pharmacy compared to others is they appear well staffed.

The pharmacist not only doesn’t speak very good English but she doesn’t understand it either. No help, no idea what they are doing.

My doctor sent them a script because Walgreens was out so I thought I would try this pharmacy. The Asian American pharmacy manager refused to fill my script with no explanation except that it had to do with my doctor. So I call my Doctor and they said the pharmacist said I was the issue, still not knowing at all whats going on. This lady asian american pharmacy manager took it upon herself to refuse me my meds. Do you know what its like for me without my meds all day on a computer? I work for a software company lady I am not making drugs or whatever you seem to assume I am doing. Bad decision going to the Pharmacy board to report her and if I were you I would steer clear of this pharmacy because they are making very poor decisions that affect peoples lives. Chris!

Horrible pharmacy the Manager is young and doesn’t have a clue what customer service is she refused to fill my script and I’m a brand new customer here in Scottsdale! WAS! This young generation doesn’t have a clue steer clear of this poorly ran pharmacy!

I believe they close for lunch from 1pm to 2pm which is a hidden feature. Just a crazy policy to try to operate a business and just shut it down for an hour during the day and tell you about this with a sign that shows when you arrive at the store.They are fairly cheap though so I guess they have that going for them.

Took my daughter for a COVID-19 Vaccine. The pharmacy was super unorganized. There is an Asian woman who administers the shots and she was absolutely not prepared when they opened. Although they state they take walk-ups, there was a man who signed up after us but was taken before us by this woman. When it was our time to get the vaccine, she acted like she did not know how to calm a scared child and said she couldn’t do it. Then finally we were able to get the shot done. Afterwards she still ignored us and would not provide our vaccine card. She gave others their cards who came way after us and received shots way after us. She seemed confused & did not provide a good experience at all for my 6 yr old child. In total we waited to get the card for over 50 mins after the shot was administered. They have little help and need to be thoroughly trained on customer service. Will NOT go back to this pharmacy & not recommended.

Went to my regular Walmart to pick-up my dogs insulin. They were out and recommended I call other Walmart pharmacies before driving to one. I tried three times calling this pharmacy and all three times the call was disconnected after many rings. I could understand one disconnection as an accident but not three in a row. They will not get my business. Back to reliable, courteous Costco I go.

I couldn't take the issues going on at my previous pharmacy anymore and saw the 5 star review on this one and decided to give it a try. Well- staffed and organized and professional! Granted, I came before noon, so wasn't a super busy time, but this staff looked like they would be on top of it no problem. Happy I switched!

Great pharmacy! Always quick and professional. The pharmacy tech Lauren was so helpful and friendly. When I was having issues with my insurance company Lauren went above and beyond to help me get coverage for my medication.

Very disappointed, went to pick up a prescription at 1:45pm, and the Pharmacy was closed. The sign states that they are open until 7pm, finally an associate told us that they are out to lunch. It would have been nice if they had a sign stating that they are out to lunch, and what time they plan on returning. I am not sure why all of the Pharmacy department has to go to lunch at the same time! I know of other Pharmacy in the area that do not all take a lunch at the same time. Guess I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Great service in person and the mobile app is SO EASY if you wanna skip the line. The pharmacists and technicians went the extra mile juggling my insurances and are always prepared and in stock. The recent remodel looks nice too. Directions and hours are clearly marked :)

Unbelievable, they texted me that the prescription was ready and when I drove there on my lunch break they had a sign that stated they would close between 1:30 - 2:00 for lunch when only 1 pharmacist on duty. That is understandable. But 2 pharmacists and 3 pharmacy technicians were there? The cage was closed and when I got there at 1:36, they told me they were closed until 2:00. I said ok and stood there as the purpose of my journey was to acquire the medicine. After they realized that I wasn't leaving, as I needed the medication, they proceed to shut the lights off and all 5 of them maneuvered around in the dark, for 20 min. I could still see them, it was just weird. When they opened the cage at 2:00, I asked which one of two gentlemen wearing the white coats with the word pharmacist on their badge was the pharmacist? The technician said both of them. Then the pharmacist then said, I'm not actually working today. Unusual to show up on your day off, wearing your uniform, handling medication, accessing the computer with customers personal medical information. Either way, Walmart, save a dollar and get your soul crushed by people who attempt to ruin your day so we can all be miserable together. Great job, hope your proud of yourself.
