Do not make an appointment here, they will waste your time. Made an appointment for 2:00pm to set up an account and we ended up leaving at 2:40pm because the banker that was supposed to assist was still not there. My husband works the night shift and I woke him up in the middle of the day for this. Losing him an hour of sleep and wasting both of our time. The manager was unable to help and only offered to reschedule us. I've decided to set up my husbands and I's an account at Chase instead and will be moving my individual account there as well. I've banked with Wells Fargo for over 15 years now and this will be my last.

I don’t like leaving reviews. But I just left this location after making an appt on the app the night before for 11:30. The teller was super nice, but whoever the manager was talking to me was super unprofessional. Saying the reason I wasn’t called was because I didn’t have an appt there, as well as saying he can’t just make someone appear out of thin air. But Then when I pulled up the app to make another appt later in the day after being told they were fully booked he told me I could select that time that was available but it might not happen. Whatever that means? Either way, when it comes to someone being stressed financially, prolly not the best time to try and crack jokes about making employees appear. I left feeling really dumb and won’t ever come back to this location.

On multiple times when trying to either close accounts or transfer funds it has required an appointment..and when calling appointments are hard to come by.I am planning on closing accounts and moving to a different bank.

I want to show appreciation for an excellent customer experience I had a couple of weeks ago, thanks to one of the bank tellers, Phoebe. I was in a bit of a rush making a deposit, and had to get some cash, and Phoebe was incredibly friendly, thorough, reassuring and positive. Her interaction with me literally made my visit and had to be one of my best banking experiences in recent times. Thank you to Phoebe at the WF branch at 6770 E. Camelback Road, Scottsdale. I'm grateful for such a positive customer experience.

I set up an appointment a week in advance to open a business account. I choose a day and time my company would be at its slowest. I get a call 45 minutes prior to my appointment to be cancelled by the bank. So unprofessional that I schedule this in advance and get asked to postpone my appointment for a later date. I’d just stay clear away from Wells Fargo at this point

I recently applied for a loan with Wells Fargo's business unit Mario Muzurovic.I couldn't upload my document file, so I called Mario. Mario called me back with one of his people from underwriting on the line and told me because I did work on a construction project for a company that became a cannabis supplier, Wells Fargo would not do business with me. I did the floors prior to a cannabis business ever taking control of the space. Crazy... Cannabis is legal in Arizona, Wells Fargo. Stop your discrimination Wells Fargo!

Went to this location and was extremely impressed with service and details. Carlos Rodriguez, personal banker area. Also Allison,in the teller area. Both outstanding and go above and beyond expectations! Best Wells Fargo branch in my 17 years of interaction. Superb! Thank you for valuing customers!

This location lied when I signed up for an account on the amounts that can be withdrawn. Both the person who signed me to an account including the manager refused to close the account.

I chose this bank over chase because I thought they would be more convenient knowing they have atms laying around everywhere. Little did I know what i was getting myself into. Too many bad experiences to get into it. Terrible customer service and very annoying overdraft fee’s and check holding periods
