Don’t go there it’s waisting your time! Nobody at this branch answer the calls at anytime a day, if you get a chance to go inside the lobby (they’re mostly closed), one teller is doing everything and there’s no banker to help you either if you’d like to get an appointment NOBODY can’t help!!

I just got off the phone e with a you g man at this location. Mcdonald rd and Scottsdale rd.I asked to get 2 documents notarized. He told me sorry. There is no one here today. And I needed 1 doc. Garrenteed ( endosed / raised stamp). He said sorry w. F does not offer that type of notarization. Then I asked why they offer NO SERVICES , that clients need ? I told him I can not make $ transfers to my TDAmeritrade account on line. I also needed to do that. In person. So he said let me check on availability . He came back to the phone 5 minutes later and told me I could go elsewhere. That the one person that notarized docs and money transfer s can not help me. ?? I said she is not available till when ? He said I am sorry she can not help you sir at all. SoI told him I would be there in the hour to close my accounts. He said sorry you can not do that here. Do it on line.I said r u kidding me. ?Why do we pay all these fees to a financial institution that offers absolutely. Nothing to its customers except " sorry no "See ya Wells. Fargo you have lost another 25 year loyal customer.Rude. Disgusting , customers service. Beware of this branch!

We stopped in here at 4:30 on a Wednesday to open a checking account because we just moved here from out of state and do not have a bank in Arizona. It is hard for us both to get off work in time for “bankers hours” but we did it. We were denied. It is too close to 5 and a banker cannot possibly stay after 5 to help us out. We work to ya know? What happened to customer service?

The worst customer service ever experienced. I was told that I would have to schedule an appointment with a “banker” to open an account. I already have an account and wanted to open another. They are tripping over themselves with tellers and management but only have one “banker.” I wonder if you need an appointment to close an account. What a disgrace!

Couldn’t even wire money for my down payment on a home, so I could close on escrow. They told me I needed to make an appointment to wire MY OWN money. Wells Fargo is atrocious and I will be closing all accounts with them and switching banks.

Unfortunately Wells Fargo is not committed to helping small businesses. I have been a loyal client with Wells for 27 years. I've had all of my personal and business banking with Wells Fargo during this time as well as my SBA loan, which I paid back 4 years early and my home mortgage which is also paid in full. On April 20, 2020 a fraudulent charge was drawn from my business checking in the amount of $605 and another in the amount of $690. On April 23rd I reported the fraud. In the mean time 11 total fraudulent charges came out of my business bank account totaling $2,337. Wells Fargo stated that they could do nothing about the fraud and further more would not return the $2,337 back to my account. I am the victim in this scenario. I work hard for my money. It has been beyond frustrating not to have a voice and to simply be told that because I did not report the fraud within 24 hours that the thief is allowed to take my hard earned money and that FDIC insured does not accurately describe funds that are deposited with Wells Fargo. Small businesses should BEWARE and know that Wells Fargo will ding you with paperwork yet provide no resolution. Especially during this time of COVID-19 it seems that there would be a sympathetic ear for me as the client and the victim of fraud. However, it has been quite the opposite. After contacting Wells Fargo 16 times on the phone and via email since April 20th when the first fraud totaling $1,295 took place to the resolution that Wells Fargo sent today saying that my money is not protected with them, is criminal. In this scenario I have been forced to focus on paperwork with Wells Fargo instead of focusing on my small business and working to pivot in these uncertain times. It is unconscionable that Wells Fargo has made this process of reporting fraud so cumbersome. And worst of all is the fact that Wells Fargo is siding with the criminal that stole the money from my account and will not protect my deposits. As a result it has become necessary form me to move my deposits. To other small businesses, I would strongly encourage the evaluation of your banking relationship. You work hard for your money and should be with an institution that cares. In addition, during all of this chaos I was told to apply for SBA PPP with another lender because Wells Fargo didn't know if they would be able to assist their clients. Last Friday I received the SBA PPP through Lendio. They were so efficient and helpful. It is unfortunate that Wells Fargo does not possess either of those qualities with the $2,336 and 11 counts of fraud on my account nor the SBA PPP.

I came in for notary services during the difficult coronavirus social distancing time and despite expected anxiety to deal with people directly, banker JENNIFER HARTER was more than exceptional in helping me. She was very communicative, respectful, patient, polite, and understanding. Every time I have come in here, I've always received stellar service. Really appreciate this branch. Jennifer is an example employee

This is the 3rd time I've been to the bank to get a temporary debit card. I left after waiting for 20 minutes or more the first two times. The wait is ridiculous. Nobody is in the teller line. Tellers aren't doing a thing but are not allowed to order a temporary card for me. 3 bankers sit at desk, one is looking at computer now for 15 minutes, the other two are busy. I need to find another bank to do business.

The guy to do a notary for me was just down right rude. He basically told me to shove it and get it done correctly. I will not visit this particular branch anymore because of this guy.

Great customer service. Always asking if they can help you with anything else. Parking is always available and drive thru lanes go fast.

I've had an account at wells for almost 20 years, all in good standing for both business and personal. Today I visited this branch out of convenience for a money order, I've gotten plenty from wells over the years and as resent as last month. I've never ever been charged for one, EVER. Today the manager Larry thought it was appropriate to charge me $10 for one, yes $10 for me to withdraw cash from my account in the form of a check, a transaction that was actually faster than if the teller had to count the money. I explained that I've never paid for one before in my life, but Larry was adamant about me forking out my $10, so I did because I didn't have the time to go to my normal branch. I wouldn't recommend this beach simply because they only value profiting and not the satisfaction of their long term customers. Larry was truly a used car salesman with absolutely ZERO business ethics and morals.
