went to this bank to cash some checks, 3 people in the office. 2 standing around doing what appeared to be nothing. 1 greeted me asked what I needed, I stated cash some checks. "we can't do that right now, the teller is busy opening a new account"... I ask, how long that would take. "about an hour", I ask can't you cash these for me. "NO". I state what good are you here then, put my hands in the air with discuss and left shaking my head it disbelief. I would have given ZERO, but would not let me post

This branch took my order for foreign currency on Monday then closed their branch the next day and is still closed today Friday. Appt made for me for refund on Thursday by 800# representative. I called before appt to make sure they were open. Machine on again saying no one could pick up line...Not that they were closed. 800# rep called them for me and said they're closed. So my appt that was within the hour to get my refund wouldn't happen. Mgr at another branch was super helpful, called me back and actually tried to help me. He contacted mgr at Pima pinnacle and arranged appt at 9am Friday. I arrived at 9am Friday only to meet meet mgr Dominic Caldwell outside who told me he couldn't open branch but had arranged for me to get refund at another branch. Why didn't he just call me with this information??? Upon questioning he informed me that he didn't have access to info from that branch to call me after they closed (bull) and that my order was placed immediately even though I saw that it was placed late that afternoon requiring a 2 day delivery not one. That branch and mgr seem to be a "side" show. Hopefully they will close permanently.

I was the victim of a fraudulent transaction that occurred through my Wells Fargo credit card and checking accounts. After many months of correspondence and meetings with bank staff and officials, it was Mr. Lorenzo Padilla, Manager at the Scottsdale, AZ, Pima Rd branch, who was the most instrumental in assisting me to achieve any sort of resolution. Due to the exceptional amount of time, resourcefulness and expertise he invested as my case manager, I can finally claim a significant level of satisfaction in how my fraud related issues were resolved. More than this, I am grateful to him for demonstrating compassion, empathy and respect for me as a person. Throughout this distressful ordeal, he proved to be a man of integrity and a constant source of encouragement.

So disappointed. I came into this branch to discuss changing the type of account of my account to one without so many service fees (specifically, $10/month for not having $2500 continually in a savings account). As a full time graduate student, I am unable to work full time and cannot afford to keep giving this bank $10/month out of my savings. I spoke with the manager, Lorenzo, who assured me he would make some calls to assure we found the best option possible, and call me the next day. I got a missed call from the bank 2 days later but no voicemail, so I called the bank back, and Lorenzo was unavailable, but someone else told me they would reverse my service fee and Lorenzo would call me the following Monday. I assumed this meant they would reverse the $3 service fee on the checking account (which they did) and Lorenzo would call to discuss how to prevent future charges on the savings account (he had told me it might be more difficult to reverse the ones already charged). Well, he never called me, so I followed up with 2 emails a week since the time we talked in person, and no response. I was just charged another $10 on my savings account. I haven't heard of another bank that charges these kinds of fees, especially for students (which Wells Fargo considers only age 17-24, as if someone over 24 can't be a student?). I also consider this to be highly unprofessional, especially of a manager, to not return calls or emails. I am only giving 2 stars because at least in person, the employees seemed friendly and professional.

This bank Closes at 6pm!!! Yelp is incorrect Don't waste the drive here. You won't get in. Also, they do not have a drive-thru!!!! How annoying!!!!!!!!

Wow! I was having a terrible day until I went to make my deposit! They fed me, gave me coffee, gave me a seat, gave me a frisbee, gave me a backpack, gave me a coffee cup, gave me a key chain, gave me a coozie, gave me a pen, ANNNND love. Amazing branch
