I barely made it in by 5pm the other day. Laurie was cheerful and ready to help me. She also took the time to explain some options that would make my banking easier in the future. This all despite of walking in the door one minute before closing.I appreciated my experience at this branch.Thank you

We went in to open a savings account. We waited 15 minutes and two different employees walked past and didn't say anything. We walked out.

I have tried for a week to get cash from the drive thru ATM. It's been closed, and even the walk up ATM says cash not available at this location. It's ridiculous. I'm disabled and have to use drive thrus and the fact that this isn't available is piss poor for a bank. No excuses. I'm ready to close this acct and go elsewhere.

!!! This location is not open on Saturday. You can't do the business 9-5 only week days. Many people working, I am looking for new bank just because I need availability on Saturday's and not to worry or trying to squeeze in during my lunch hours. BTW I tried to get things done during lunch hours: traffic horrible ( takes extra long time to get there) , lines is soo long, not enough staff ( only x 2 tellers) ... no bankers available to answer your questions ( need an appointment) Huge inconvenience to show up and not able to get help After 25 plus years I may have to leave Wells Fargo

I usually don't have a problem at any other location. It seems like ENRIQUE doesn't enjoy his job, I had to go out of my way to get help from one of the bankersVERY DISAPPOINTING

Closed on Sunday but never fear, the ATM is open. It is early so no people. We we done in a jiffy. Parking lot and drive through.

Had an appointment to open a checking account. When arrived told that another person has an appointment for the same time. Was told they would not be able to help me and to make another appointment. The other appointment took preference over mine even though they we not at the center. Very unprofessional manager and bankers. Decided not to open an account at Wells Fargo.

What going on at this site, Manager was to call me back but never did, waited all day but never called. I don't like doing business with a dishonest manager, also if you do business be careful as Wells Fargo Filled for Bankruptcy few weeks ago. Never will go back to that branch again, ran by a lot of kids and too much messing around in that place.

l needed a notary appt and nobody answers the phone, everything is conveniently hidden around COVID-19. What happened to the staff? I have every financial instrument in this bank and this is the worst service.

I have had Wells Fargo accounts for years and have been pretty much satisfied. Today was a different story at this location. I had to make an appointment to see a banker. The appointment was for 11am with Simone. When I showed up at 11am I was told Simone was not in yet. 11am isn't early but I guess she couldn't make an 11am appointment . There was other bankers sitting in their cubicles with not customers; but they took my number and told me to wait in my car. I waited a while, when someone called and said Simone still wasn't there but another banker would help me. My question is why didn't they just do that in the first place?

If I could give zero stars I would... not necessary for this location but for their online services. On jan 27th I was put through from ally financial (another disappointment for customer service) to pay off a auto loan... my payment had to be split into 3 charges, after the first two charges my bank didn't allow the third payment without approval, so after being on hold with this situation for 45 minutes I asked the wells Fargo rep to hold on for me to call my bank from another phone to avoid losing the call and all the information I had already given. He flat out told me no, he had other things to do and when I asked to speak to his supervisor he hung up on me! Are you kidding me??? I hope this message is read loud and clear and something is done about this awful customer service .
