We stopped by here while visiting Sedona and I was very pleased with the delicious apple pie a la mode. The young man behind the counter was courteous and didn't hesitate to accommodate my request that the pie be warmed up. If we find ourselves in the area again we would certainly come back.

Worth every penny. We purchased Oreo, blueberry pie with vanilla ice cream on top and coffee. All were delicious. Made in-house so the smell was amazing.

The flavors and texture ice cream was pretty good. Tasted a couple of flavors before I decided to go in for Belgian chocolate & espresso swirl as I loved them the most. Small size cone = 2 scoops of ice cream! Might visit again when I visit Sedona next.

Blonde short haired lady seems to have a bad attitude towards paying guests.. She needs to remember with us there is no you.. Small sandwiches for 8 bucks.. Don't recommend.

Only a select few flavors. But the kids loved it so they received 5stars plus service was good

Wow!! I tasted the butter pecan and was it rich!! It truly tasted like butter! They also had a prickly pear ice cream that I had never even heard of. The flavor was very light but delicious. I ended up getting strawberry and was pleasantly surprised that it tasted so much like strawberries!

Grabbed ice cream here with the kids and enjoyed it. Kinda pricey, but fair prices for the area and interesting flavors. Nice folks at the counter. The prickly pear was a fun regional flavor. The waffle cone was disappointing as it wasn't much better than store bought.

A must try when coming to sedona! Their ice cream is really good. Personally it can be a little too sweet but if you have a sweet tooth then this is the spot. They also sell a variety of other things like pies, sandwiches and hot dogs. Their "prickly pear" ice cream is a must have there!! Not everyone that I've taken here is a fan of it but I love it!! Oh and the shop is super cute and vintage! btw this place deserves a higher rating, their staff is very welcoming and sweet.

First, the black cow drink was fine. The ridiculous wait was not. There were 5 or 6 employees behind the counter and only one serving customers while the others giggled and restocked coffee and cones. Many many many people simply walked out because it was such an annoying wait. I watched one family of 6 get served and the first in the family was done before the last even placed their order. This place was not worth the wait. Sorry. I don't tend to post poor reviews; however this one needs to improve. As someone on a "vacation" day, you don't want to waste time.

Small place, very clean and the ice cream and pie was delicious. Also serves some sandwiches and a hot dogsledding I’ll. Perfect ona hot day and well located.

We loved stopping in here for evening treats after a long day of activities. They were quite busy! There were 3 people working behind the counter feverishly working while still maintaining pleasant dispositions. We enjoyed our ice cream and would return. I ordered the brownie sundae and made a few changes to it. I really did enjoy it! They provided plenty of hot fudge and oreos, both are my faves! Another plus is that they were open later than a lot of other places that are in the downtown area.

A good local place with handmade ice cream and pie! The line can get long, but when we went we were the only ones in line. The pie was great! We got a slice of Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Chip Pie--ask to heat it up! Super delicious and definitely recommend. The ice cream was good, but not a lot of flavors to choose from. There is indoor seating but only for about 15 people. There is also outdoor seating and much more of it as it's located in Uptown/ surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants! They also serve hot dogs here, a friend got and it was just OK. $7. Enjoy!

Come fulfill your sweet tooth. Homemade ice cream and baked goods. Came after dinner and got a large ice cream with four scoops. Prickly pear was my favorite! Scoops aren't that big but the large was filling and still had plentiful. Was told that the ice cream is made in store at the back. So fresh!

The ice cream was good I enjoyed it and the place was cute I got their strawberry and it was delicious. The price was not bad and I enjoyed the interior. My brother loves this place and it was the first place he wanted to go.

Went in after a scenic Jeep tour. We were hot and needed something cold! This was a great idea! The Black Cow was mentioned by our tour guide! He was right! The milk shake my wife and I shared was really good and my daughter loved her espresso sundae! Parking is limited but it’s worth the effort!

After a few hours of walking and shopping my daughter and I stopped for Ice cream. She had the coffee flavor ice cream and it was amazing. Service was great. I over heard the owener saying she bakes cookies and other treats daily and that her son does all the ice cream daily. I had a chocolate scone (amazing) and I took my husband a big chocolate chipt cookie to the hotel and he loved it. We liked how they have a water container and cups for customers to have if desired after their sweets. This Florida family had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back.

The ice creams and floats were excellent. Definitely worth a visit. The space is small and more suited to eating whilst walking than indoors. The location is great with a shopping mall, restaurants and various stores all around. There is no bathroom or place to wipe off sticky hands in here. Like many places here, they do not recycle.

We came here twice on our visit to Sedona, the first trip I would give 5 stars! We got the prickly pear ice cream with raspberries mixed in and it was amazing (pictured) the girl at the counter was friendly but rushed, it was very busy so it was fine.

Cute cafe, very busy but they get through the line pretty quick. Sandwich was large enough to share. Ice cream was good, but the waffle cone was so hard toward the bottom, I was afraid I would break my teeth, so didnt eat it. Warning do not get the coffee/espresso! It is undrinkable!

The best ice-cream place in Sedona! And their peanut butter cake was delicious, too.

Great stop for a frozen treat or something sweet. Great location if you're walking around Uptown. Their sundaes are excellent!! Don't forget, you're in the tourist zone, so don't expect to pay Dairy Queen prices.

I always stop for some Ice Cream. I've been coming here for years. I believe it's still family owned. Coffee and Ice Cream. Great flavors and fun!

We stopped in here for an ice cream to cool down after a tour we had gone on. They have a lot of choices but it's a bit pricey...a medium cone in a waffle cone was $7.93 which I think is a bit pricey. They had sundaes for $6 but they are small cups not very big when they were made, but what do you expect for a pricey town. The ice cream is homemade so maybe that's why more expensive because of ingredients. I had the butter pecan but eat it in the shop I tried to walk while eating mine and it melted faster than I could eat it even with my spoon. Good but pricey

Stopped in for ice cream while in Sedona for the day. The ice cream was really good but the service was less than expected. The lady behind the counter (short blonde hair) seemed very irritated to wait on us. She seemed more interested in making sure everyone was lined up where she wanted them to be. Felt like she wanted rid of us as quickly as possible. They were busy but not slammed.

Really enjoyed my visit. The hot dog encased in a French roll was exceptional. Homemade pie and ice cream was very good. The waffle cones are continuously made so they are fresh and tasty. The cons: good food but overpriced for what you get. Get rid of the tip options on the payment screen. There is no waitress service so why. Overall a nice visit.

Very good pie. Had the the Pecan Pie with whipped cream. Way, way too small of slice. Nice charm
