I love all who assist me, and Matt, Pharmacy Manager, is professional but I'd hope this Walgreens had delivery for seniors given that it is our 55+ community they serve. No drive thru, not even to bring meds to the car outside the store?. Mobility issues and chronic pain has its limitations, If my needs aren't met soon, I'll find a local pharmacy that will provide aged and disabled people in need of services they offer, delivery!

This is my local Walgreens, and I have been there several times. It's a very nice store with friendly employees. They have a huge variety if merchandise too, and lots of good sales. Yesterday, my daughter and I brought my infant grandson to get his passport photo done, which was a fun experience . We weren't sure how baby passport photos are taken, and employee Greg was extremely helpful. He took a photo with my daughter holding him and then he removed her image (very interesting process- see photos) I really appreciated Greg's patience and kindness through the photo process.

Great team here. Matt is always helpful and friendly. I didn't catch the pharmacist's name, but they're all a reliable bunch.

It was nice and clean. We needed help in finding an item and and the lady from cosmetics was very helpful. When we checked out, even though we are 89 and 81 years old, they did not give us the senior discount that was advertised for today. They said you had to ask for it. To me that was very irritating.

All Walgreens trash you as though they don't need your business. The Walgreens at 99th Ave and Greenway is especially bad with their customer service skills. Their primary customer consists of senior citizens who live in Sun City. You would think they would have a focus on great customer service for senior citizens. But, no, that is NOT the case. I'm not yet a senior citizen and when I become one, I will not go to Walgreens. The lead pharmacist at this store is rude, obnoxious, and arrogant. He interrupts when you are talking and talks over so loudly that there is no way to get through to him. He implied that what I was telling him was absolutely wrong. I explained to him that I have worked at a pharmaceutical company so I understand how pharmacy coverage works. He said, "I don't care about that. What you are saying is wrong. Where did you get mid-information, on the Internet?" He then said "I see you wrote a review about me on Google reviews. You are going to remove that, right?" I told him "'Absolutely not!" He didn't take the information I put in my review on Google and learn from it at all. The primary store manager phoned me. He was very nice and I expressed my concerns. The pharmacist told me I should use a different pharmacy or at least a different Walgreens. I told him I have Express Scripts and I am forced to use Walgreens. He said "Untrue! You can use any pharmacy. I was right! I have to use Walgreens. I'm getting ready to change Healthcare plans and hopefully I won't have to use Walgreens! There is a Walgreens at 32nd Street and Cactus. I lived near that one and used it for a year until I moved. That is an outstanding pharmacy and the lead pharmacist, Sue, does an outstanding job. If you need to use Walgreens, you should avoid the one at 99th Ave and Greenway. No one needs to have a pharmacy so rude that you can't count on them. It's rough enough that you are sick and need help from your pharmacy! Try your best to avoid this specific one. Also, they are only open 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM, everyone goes to lunch at the same time, and they don't have a drive through!

Very rude personnel at the pharmacy. They are not willing to help the customer. Unrealistic hours of operation.

They seem to have new people in the pharmacy. Lady was very rude and abrupt to me. I tried to explain that I filled my prescription at Walgreens on 99th & Greenway. I picked it up. They then put it on automatic and I was mailed the same prescription soon after. I did not need prescription nor was it supposed to be on automatic. Then she snapped at me and said this prescription was mail order and 99th & Greenway does not have anything to do with mail order. Well, THEY put it on automatic, THEY sent it to mail order, not me. I had intended to pick up remaining refills at Walgreens. She could have said she was sorry. It caused me to go to P.O., refuse item, then dispute charge, I had called Walgreens, wrote e-mails, and all were ignored.

Pharmacy clerk, short, large woman with glasses and red hair is super rude! Extremely nasty, yelled at me for stepping in front of her counter after she finished her last customer. She needs customer service training at minimum or reassigned to a non customer contact position. Never been treated so poorly at a Walgreens. I won't be back, moving my prescriptions to CVS. Beware of this woman!!!!

I was in this store at 2:19p. It was colder inside the store then outside and it was 40 outside. It was so cold my nose and fingers were freezing, did not know I needed to bring gloves in with me. I asked one of the clerks why it was cold? He said Corporate told them they could not turn up the heat. Which is so wrong. Even the clerks were freezing, that is terrible treatment for workers to be in. While corporate sits home in a comfy and warm home. That is just abuse for anyone to go thru. I can see why the store was almost empty. Just so you know the service was great, not sure with it being so cold. Management should be ashamed of them selves.

Very clean and neat store. Easy to find assistance and shelves well stocked. They have the neatest t-shirts for sale and a fantastic candy aisle. I did not see the aisle that had all the yard decore, either it was moved or it is gone
