Was staying at the motel 6 next door and was going to the circle k for late night energy drinks and snacks (ac broken in hotel room) the store is supposed to be open for 24 hours but yet they said they are closing up for the night at 2am?????? Tf

I was still going here for the decent rewards. I walked in with 5 of 5 on the beverage club. They both charged me for my beverage, took the free 6th drink credit, and charged me more than usual for the rest. I just discovered when I also paid for my beverage this afternoon, and it said 1 of 5. I'm done with Circle K. This place is usually dirty AF, too. I clearly communicated the scenario with each employee today. Nobody gives AF. Their system is slow and broken. I'm a little stressed berry time I go there. Enough is enough.

I got done working pretty late and stopped into the store to grab some snacks instead of dinner. When I walked in, the attendant, for some reason, was extremely rude to me.. I don't know why, I didn't say anything bad to him. I think I said like "how's everything going tonight" just to be polite and he was just fucking rude. I just chalked it up to somebody that can't stand their job and didn't want to be working.. I went about the store choosing my items.. some milk, eggnog, a sandwich, a candy bar, and a water. I didn't realize they had self check out at gas stations and this is the first time I've ever seen one, so I was kind of surprised when I got to the counter that they were all closed, so he kind of yells at me a little bit... you gotta go over there!! I still couldn't see where I was supposed to ring myself up, so he showed me a little bit.. ok, easy enough. I bid him good night, and I went on my way. I live around the corner so after about an hour of watching TV, I pour myself a glass of milk and as soon as it hits my tongue, I realize it's fucking rotten.. rancid. I checked the date it says something like December 13 or something like that.. it's only Nov 18, so it's a bit surprising.. must be that they left it out somewhere along the line and it got rotten. No problem.. it's now 3am. It takes me two minutes to drive back over there. There are two people waiting outside, obviously homeless people, that are grumbling and complaining that he won't open the door. I look inside, and I see the same gentleman label facing the sodas. There's a sign on the door that says will be back at 2:30.. it's 3am. The employee turns around to look at the front door and he sees me out there, and I show him the milk and I give him a signal that the milk is bad and I need to replace it. He says something to me, but I can't tell what the hell he says... All I know is that he went right back to facing the fucking cooler for 15 to 20 more minutes. then he walks in the back and doesn't return. Now this piece of shit knows that I'm standing out there waiting patiently. You'd think that he would just grab a different milk and bring it over to the door, unlock the door and hand it to me. Nope, that's not what these worthless employees do these days. They hate their fucking jobs even though they're paid five times what they should be getting paid. I leave after 20 minutes of standing out in the cold. I'll call the GM in the morning and let them know what I think of their store, more importantly, their employees.

Used to be a Circle K employee they have been closed for over an hour and I know that's not allowed 45 minutes max to clean up and not answering the phone fix the situation before it gets reported to the higher-ups

Horrible customer service. ETHAN denied me the bathroom, when I'm 6 months pregnant and when you gotta go, you gotta go. Not only that, he was incredibly mood and belittled me everytime I spoke to him, mind you I was polite and respectful the entire time.

This store is a very busy store but is run by the friendliest crew. I come in everyday and I get greeted right away.on night shift the store is clean and we'll stocked.

Absolutely horrible experience, I walked down to the store last night with a bunch of my friends and got my drink refill for the sip and save (as i do almost every evening). As i was heading out, the lady at the counter banned us from entering the store any further. When asked for a reason, she just kept murmuring something and kept repeating loudly "you guys need to leave". The sip and save deal says 64 oz per day and they wouldn't let me take my 64 ounces, only one 32 ounce polar pop cup per day - and they want to charge for refills. Now, I know this might be just a small incident but this just goes to show the dishonesty of this business establishment. My friends and I have been humiliated for reasons, we do not know till this date. What sort of unfair treatment is this ?!

I have been coming to the Circle K for years, and there’s been a lot of good employees there. I even trained at store 2703379 once before. Kevin D the young man goes that goes to ASU has been one of the most sincerest. I really think you need to hire more like him that actually cares about the community and the Circle K Way.Marcus Black guy with metal face :)

Love to get yelled at from the register about me having a lunch bag on my back. So I take it off and say if it get stolen your responsible for if it stolen then. Then to say no. Well guess what you are since you made take of a lunch bag I carry with me when I ride my motorcycle. Don't get told nothing in morning. You need to train your staff. Disrespectful as heck.

507 W Broadway Rd Tempe, AZ 85282 United States $600 in pending authorizations on my credit card! This place refuses to pump more than $100 in gas b/c I had .70 off per gallon in Fry's points. Instead of telling me that it's because I'm using $.70 off a gallon in Frys points you're telling me you're low on gas. Meanwhile the there's people all around me pumping diesel . attendant rings my card up 3 times for a total of $600. I leave completely disappointed and without any gas. And she contacted the supervisor Sydney who refused to do anything about it. All i Get is a "sorry". Fry's gas station on Mill and Southern no problem filling my tank up. No problem sticking to the rules of redeeming Frys points. You guys should be sued for not complying with the rules of redemption on Frys points. You are participating location and scamming the public! This is the second time this is happened to me.
