Alex made renting a unit onsite a breeze. He was so very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about the units. He took time explaining the different sizes, toured the facility with me, and showed all the available units. After learning what I needed a unit for, we picked the right one, and I was on my way. I am very pleased with the process and would recommend this facility to a friend. It's clean and safe and has great customer service.

We moved our business storage and parking from north Phoenix to Extra Space Storage in Tempe last year and could not be happier. The staff is amazing, especially considering we sometimes ship an excessive number of boxes to our unit. Alex, Ronnie and PJ are always on it and have gone the extra mile to make sure our business keeps moving forward. A huge shout out to the team at this location!

I was looking for a small storage unit near my area, and this location was the one I chose. The other locations did not have a smaller available. I called directly to the office and arranged everything over the phone with him. (Uggg I forgot his name). He was Very helpful and made the whole transaction a breeze. I would definitely recommend this location in Tempe on Southern. ***I forgot to mention that the next morning when I went to drop off a load, he kindly informed me that there was a restroom in the office and drinking water should I need it.*The ONLY issue I had is that the clerk staff added an insurance fee automatically to my rental unit Without asking me first.
