Didn't like standing outside the building in 100 + degree heat to confirm a reservation and license check. Truck was nice but the bed was filthy. Needed to sweep and mop the dirty floor.

AMAZING customer service!!!!! The women we worked with were incredibly helpful and flexible. We asked to have her show us how to hook up the hitch and she walked us through step by step. I can't recommend this location enough. Great price, great customer service.

Rental return was an odd process. Drive the truck to the back of the yard, come back. Only one at the counter that has to work both the gate and the return. Gets overwhelmed if there's more than a couple waiting
