I hired them after having worked with them on prior moves, including a long-distance move from Arizona to Washington and another from Washington back to Arizona, that went smoothly with great service and no issues. This move was different. We've moved several times, including long distance moves, and I've always packed the kitchen, with no breakage. This move was only a 10-minute drive from one house to the other and there were two boxes of kitchen items in which things were broken - not just cracked but completely shattered. Not sure how that could have happened unless the boxes were dropped/thrown to the ground from on high. When the crew arrived at the new house, we did a walk-through and discussed where items would go. Despite that, quite a few pieces of furniture were left in random places throughout the house (e.g., the piano was put in its assigned place on one side of the house but the piano bench was left by itself at the opposite end of the house). The plastic wrap was not removed from several pieces of furniture. Some pieces of furniture and rugs that should have been brought into the house were left in the garage. Some items (beds) were reassembled appropriately but at least one table was so wobbly after the crew reassembled it that my husband had to fix it. Once the crew had left, I went outside and picked up the pieces of plastic wrap they left in the yard and on the street. All in all, not what I expected from Two Men and a Truck. Certainly won't be using them again.

We’ve moved several times over the years and this crew was by far the most professional, efficient, careful, courteous and timely we’ve ever used. We are very satisfied we used the Tempe location of Two Men & A Truck on Medtronic Way for our move!

They wrapped each of my furniture items in blankets and saran wrap. They were very polite and professional. They were more attentive than many of the larger companies with whom I have worked.

I would not recommend to use this moving company. They did not handle my property with care, broke my 70 inch tv and then made no attempt to rectify the poor service. Furthermore, the quote was nothing near the actual pricing (although my items were the same). The customer service reps were also not friendly nor helpful when communicating about existing or future service. I would NOT recommend this company by any means.

We used Two Men and A Truck for our recent move from downtown PHX to Scottsdale.Jeffrey and the 2 other movers that were assigned to us were extremely professional. They treated our belongings as if they were their own and were very careful with our furniture. They worked quickly and efficiently and worked well as a team.I will definitely be using this company again for future moves & would recommend them to anyone!John from the office was also very informative and helpful answering any questions I had before the move.

This was my second time using this company and I love them. The movers have always been super nice and easy to talk to. They are quick and respectful of the property. They don’t waste time. They get right in there and get stuff done. For any of your furniture or TV equipment, they will wrap it to protect it. Next time I move, I will be going to them again.

These guys made our life so much easier during this move . They were ontime , informative, and on task. They worked as a team and nothing was scratched or damaged. I anticipated the move costing more but these guys were on their game and finished much earlier! 10/10!

To preface, the actual boots on the ground movers did a (mostly) solid job. They were in their early- to mid-20s so my fiancé and I were nervous they might not have the experience for what was admittedly a large job of a move with multiple sets of stairs coming and going. The job was going well until one of the movers accidentally shattered my fiancé's $800 vanity mirror. He was extremely apologetic and professional. Took pictures, called his boss immediately, told us they have movers insurance and would replace the mirror in the vanity at no cost to us because, well, THEY shattered it... and said they have a mirror business right across from their warehouse... so they'll get one cut and replaced and give it back to us good as new.A week+ goes by and my fiancé hasn't heard from the company so she calls, gets transferred to someone named Oscar who essentially tells her yeah we can't fix it we can give you $60. Just an absolutely insulting and revolting offer. $60? For an $800 vanity mirror that your company is responsible for shattering in our own home? We will be taking legal action because he doubled and tripled down on that as the best he and the company can do... so I'd be shocked if they actually have movers insurance. They pretend like they're going to do right by the customer only to lowball them and deny responsibility. I would advise people to NEVER work with this company. There are PLENTY of better moving companies in Arizona that won't be this disgusting. Stay far away and avoid the headache of having to make things right through the courts because this company is too lazy/cheap to fix what they break.

From calling to discuss the move to saying goodbye once I was moved was an excellent experience. Tamara answered all my questions and provided all the information I needed. Answered her phone each time I called or called back when I left a message. I received an estimate by phone and email immediately. I scheduled for a May date and received a phone call to confirm a few days before.Travis and two gentleman moved my 2 bedroom apt. To a house In 4 hours and the two places were 45 minutes. The total was under the estimate (1 gentleman was in training so I only paid for 2 men).Everyone was professional, communicative at every step and did not waste time. Travis did what he said he would do.I used another company last year. It took them 9 hrs to move less stuff (2 bedroom apt to 2 bedroom apt.) and it costs me $955 approx. Alot of excuses and wasting time.I used 2 men and a Truck in another city, same great service. If I ever move again I will use 2 men and a Truck!!Thank you Tamara and Travis!!Sorry to the 2 other gentleman, I forgot your names but thank you so much!!Anita

My experience with this company was amazing from start to finish. They were very professional and helpful during our entire move. When I was shopping around for a mover, this one stood out. They asked all the right questions and gave me a quote based on the actual contents of my house (a quick process that we did on the phone). The quote was reasonable and comparable to other companies I called. They were spot on with the resources needed and the final payment was under budget! The office staff was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The most impressive part of this whole moving experience though was the actual movers. Steven and his crew were fantastic. Not only did they move everything without a scratch. They did it quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed that they wrapped all of our furniture to protect it and took extreme care when going up the narrow stairway to our second floor. The best thing though was how friendly all the guys were. My wife and I felt like we had made new friends by the end of the day. Thank you so much Steven and please thank the others for us. You are the best! One last thing for whoever is reading this. As you know, moving is very stressful. Using Two Men and a Truck will lower your stress level and make the whole process tolerable.

Gave me a quote for 3 men and a 26 foot truck. Said I would use 70% of the truck. On the day of the move 3 guys showed up and started loading. They put three large dents in my refrigerator and broke a kitchen chair. When I asked what they were going to do about my refrigerator they said they won't discuss restitution until they receive full payment. That's shady. I was told by someone named Ian he would send me his email address so I could send pictures. Still haven't gotten anything from him. Then they told me the truck was full and there was still stuff left. I was told they could send another truck the next day for another 600 dollars. After my stuff was on the truck. I felt like I was being extorted. They charge by the hour and one of the guys doing the move spent half the time scrolling through his phone instead of working. Overall, a horrible experience. There are better moving companies to pick from.

The movers did a wonderful job with my apartment move. I did my own packing and they moved me completely within 3 hours. It was a solid and efficient move mainly because I packed up everything and moved 15 - 20 boxes into one room, I had 1 full bedroom set, 2 desks, a Peloton and an entertainment cabinet.Several days later we paid the movers to move my boyfriend's apartment. Things did not go as smoothly. They had to pack up his apartment and move it which took almost 7 hours. The experienced leader did a good job but he was given an inexperienced crew. I would not hire this company for a pack and move job, but only a moving job. In addition, I would suggest being the first place the company moves - meaning don't be the 2nd move in the day unless you are already packed up!
