I was re-routed from U Haul Old Town Scottsdale to this location. I get here and Internet + phones are down, so I couldn't leave with the vehicle that I had reserved. What a waste of my time.

I rented a car dolly and the equipment was UNSAFE AND MISSING SAFETY BOLTS. It was not even checked before I rented it. This could have caused the car to detach from the dolly while on the highway and cause and accident. U-Haul made it extremely hard to get a full refund back so I had to drive back to this location in person and show the manager what the problem was. They were going to rent the equipment out again to somebody else! DO NOT RENT FROM UHAUL EVER AND IF YOU HAVE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT IS HOOKED UP PROPERLY. Their mistake cost me $260 for a tow truck. A picture for proof is attached below.

I just went through a complicated move which required 3 large trucks with trailers out of state. The reservations that were set up by the manager Donivan were set up to for my best value and time accommodations. The large trucks at the McClintock site were vandalized and not rentable during my time slot so my reservation was cast into the Uhaul reservation System Blender, which I would not wish on my worst enemy. Get some software folks. Anyway, with the giant mess of the move and my specific needs Donivan masterfully untangled the mess, managed my rentals and made sure I was only paying what i needed to to complete my trip. Thank you Donivan and crew for putting up with my rental mess and tying all the loose ends up!

Lack of employees. Its a Saturday and it looks like two of them are running around trying to do everything. Waited in the show room for about 40 min before anyone could help.

GARBAGE customer service. I arrived at this location today to pickup my cargo van and got a call at the same time, stating my cargo van was not available at this location and I need to go pick it up from another location. I drove 30 minutes to get here just to have to go drive somewhere else… this is insanity lol. No discount or anything Uhaul?? This was reserved over 3 days in advance, giving them more than enough time to advise me that I needed to pickup from a different location. No email, no text, nothing sent to me in advance. Thank you for wasting my time, but I’ll still be going to get the cargo van from the new location..:

Their app was not working properly. The miles were not accurate according to the van. Also, they charged me for miles I did not drive and the drop off took so much time.

Was having issues with getting a tow dolly returned from queen creek and dropping it off in tempe . I went to uhaul off scottsdale rd past Thomas and the guy there was rude and no help and told me I was SOL basically . So I drove to a different uhaul and Elejon was on it! He knew how to fix the issue and got everything resolved fast and efficient. Props to him for being good at his job !

I had a great experience at this location. Being up early is not my favorite thing but luckily we had an amazing worker to help make the process easier. Such a helpful man with a positive attitude! Make sure you ask for Donovan Thomas. A little positivity goes a long way!

Great u-haul shop - just returned a trailer and they had a great pull through option where the manager came out unhooked the trailer emailed my receipt and I was on my way. Friendly and courteous with prompt attention. Would definitely recommend

Leon, Meriah, and Aaron turned our one-day move ? into three without any hassles. Very cool peeps! The truck was a bit old and janky, but it ran and blew cold A/C on some hot August AZ days.
