Terrible service. Bought an auction here and when me and the staff got to the unit to open the door we noticed it was broken into. No big deal should be a simple refund. However, the storage manage, the facility manager and the general manager have no idea how to do a refund. How shady. Now waiting inside the store wasting my time for a district manager which no one knows if they will even show today.

Had a quick, friendly, professional experience with Jazmin. We had a tow hitch issue, which she helped us fix right away. She was helping three customers at once and still managed to get us hooked up and on our way in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

Incompetence at its highest.Called to rent a trailer for a side by side and advised the girl that I needed a minimum of 6x10’. She replies with we do not offer a 6x10’ but have a 6x12’. I told her that the extra two feet would be even better. There was a dramatic pause and she replied with sooo you don’t need a 6x12? I said yes, a 6x12’ is better than a 6x10’ and she still had a hard time grasping this so she got nasty, told me to come in whenever I was ready and hung up.I arrived for the trailer, was met with a little attitude but made it out with the trailer just to get home and find out that the ramp is only 5.5’ wide and will not work. I bring it back, pull into the equipment drop off and am greeted by a different woman now who tells me to drive it around back and unload it where I got it. Not my job but ok fine, I knew this woman was already going to be a headache. I back it in its spot and was told to unload it and load the auto transport next to it. Again, not my job. Now covered in grease, dirt and grime from playing musical trailers by myself, the woman now comes out yelling that I cannot load that trailer. I fire back telling her I did exactly what she told me to do and her reply was “nuh uh, you’re gonna listen to me” like some kind of ghetto princess. After some choice words I just left.. So I destroyed a pair of $100 Nike sweat pants, lost over an hour of my time and was placed on a do not service list. Low rent service from low rent employees.

DO NOT TRUST THE APP OR ANY POSTED SIGNS IF USING 24/7 DROP OFF AND YOU HAVE ANY TECHNICAL ISSUES!!! YOU WILL BE CHARGED A WHOLE EXTRA DAY WITHOUT THE TIMESTAMPS AND IT WILL TAKE OVER A WEEK TO RESOLVE WHERE THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STUCK 2 HOURS FROM HOME!!!The app kept glitching and said to leave the keys and lock the van up, things will proceed as normal...single mom working on a solo move, had my last $40 saved to gas to get home...woke up this morning and saw that it was gone with a return timestamp of 6:11am??? Called UHaul, they gave me the run down...no voids, no courtesy anything...I can't even FILE A COMPLAINT UNTIL THE PAYMENT HAS POSTED IN 2-3 DAYS?!?Corporate said that calling the location directly would be useless...do better for your customers...all of you...

I was service quickly and efficiently. The employe that helped me was kind and knowledgeable. The U-Haul app and customer service made it easy to get my reservation ready. Once I got to the store it was a quick process. Returning the equipment went well. The employee remembered me and took care of everything.

Ordered the truck with big trolley online. But when we pick up they told us no big trolley. The reason for us to rent the truck is to move refrigerator! Without the trolley we can’t do it at all.And the front desk named Jasmine. Was really rude to us the whole time without even one apology

Very rude and passive aggressive attitude from Ashton from the moment I walked in didn't call me up or ask me what I needed. Just extended his hand out for the keys didn't offer a receipt gave me no final details on the purchase or final price. Would not return to this location or recommend

I had the worst horrible experience at this location , I have been doing business with U Haul for the last eight years. one of their employees, extremely rude use profanity at the end of the day when I addressed the issue with the field supervisor rather than fix the problem, they ended up taking site with the employee, horrible behavior and example against company policy

Do not use U-Haul! Use any other moving service but U-Haul! I warn you they have been a nightmare to deal with from the moment I walked in. Charged for covers a dolly that I didn’t get. Then wasn’t able to get my tow dolly so I was sent to another uhual location to get my tow dolly and once there they tried to charge me a second time for my tow dolly! So I was there for another hour trying to get this resolved before they finally realized that yes I did already pay for my tow dolly. Once I turned my truck in I later see they wanted to charge me 55$ for the gas not being where it needed to be… it was where I got it. So I call uhual and tell them I’m not paying another 55$ after such pooor service the lady on the phone said she’d have to send a request to a manager to get the charge removed and that I would get a email. Well I never got a email and then was charged 80$! I’m telling you this company is ran by incompetent people use anyone else but them and save yourself the headache. Complete nightmare!

I reserved truck online and declined $14.00 "safe move" charge signed vehicle out on little pad was handled receipt, noticed end of day they stuck me on that charge. Shame on you. Sorry you are so hard up you feel the need to steal from customers. I will NEVER RETURN

Everything was great until we had to drop off the truck. We waited in line until it was our turn. Then the lady at the counter turned us away a told us to use the app. We asked if she could help us instead of us using the app, but she said she was too busy. There was only one other person behind us. We said we were having trouble using the app to drop off the truck. We tried the app again and then went back inside and waited in line again. She then said your going to have to wait longer, and told us to wait outside. We waited outside for around ten minutes and then she finally came out. We said hi when she walked up to us and we asked her what to do next. She then again said you'll have to wait longer and she has to do this big line of trucks first. So we kept waiting by the truck for like another ten minutes. She then stopped working on the truck she started on and went over to us and finished us before anyways. It really didn't seem like she wanted to help us and was incredibly rude. We've been using this uhaul for years now anytime we needed to move. And have never had a problem until now.

The customer service was very poor. Maybe the girl at the register was just having a bad day, but she treated my husband and I like we were idiots. We were having trouble with using the app to return our rented van, but some patience and instruction would have been appreciated.

I own a moving company and have rented U-Haul trucks all over the country. My experience with this location was very professional and they performed as promised. I booked online and the staff who helped me was right on top of things. They got me in and out quickly and gave me a quality vehicle. Everything in the store and all the equipment on the lot was very organized. The supplies selection was excellent. The storage space was offered with a free month with my move. Excellent bonus. I had three staff members who were friendly and wished me a good day as I left. The drop off process after hours was easy. I would highly recommend this location.

I needed to move my stuff from one airbnb to another and didn't want to do a lyftXL as we had 4 hours in between check out and check in and didn't want to rush pack an XL. I had to go into the store instead of doing their express pickup because I have a Texas drivers license. They did something tacky that I never seen before at any uhaul I been to and it was you must and have to provide a phone number of someone that HAS to answer or you can't rent the van/truck. I understand this is near the college and they want to make sure their equipment comes back, but what about someone who needs a van to move stuff to escape a domestic violence situation? After having to go through this long as hell pickup process, I finally got the keys to a newer shuttle van. Unfortunately it reeked of smoke and it wasn't even all the way full with gas but it was something I needed at that moment. I probably will rent from a different location instead of going back here.
