Worst experience ever. Quoted me prices that weren't correct. Over paid $200 PER MONTH. Didn't refund. When you schedule to look into Uhaul pods /boxes, they are never pulled. Then they only have a time frame of 5 hours to look in boxes and also they'll tell you that there are closing early 20 minutes before they fork load the boxes Back into the warehouse while you have everything out. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BELONGINGS .....AT ALL. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE LOCATION AND PEOPLE. TEMPE PHOENIX AREA. THEY DONT CARE AT ALL. I even spoke to the manager, General manager. They don't give a fu÷# at all.

Alfonso Garcia is getting these 5 stars. For the past four years I have used Uhaul storage and not until today have I found one employee worth their while. Alfonso Garcia has changed that experience for me. I could not be more thankful for his professionalism. His attention to detail allowed me to get my phone number changed in the system after I had been trying for over TWO YEARS!!! He took the time to figure out the problem and was able to get my correct phone number on my account. It took him all of 5 minutes to figure out the system bug and work around. I have been trying to get my phone number changed for TWO YEARS with no luck and today that all changed with Alfonso Garcia. Thank you Alfonso for taking your time with me today. You have the best customer service skills in the entire company. I have spoken and emailed with corporate officers and they don't hold a candle to your exceptional professional integrity. Keep up this wonderful customer because you are Uhaul's saving grace! Thank you so much for all your help today with getting into my U-Box on such short notice, and keep up the stellar customer service. You are appreciated by everyone who you treat with such respect. Inconvenient, over priced, difficult customer service, inaccurate billing, prefer to store stuff under any overpass secured by tipping off the transients. They do process debit and credit cards above expectations so 2 star.

Billing Issues. Zero help and the employees are lazy. Both times dropping trailer and boxes off, they sat in the office and watched.Tracking location of boxes us awful. Scheduling pick-up is a joke. Retuning phone calls is non existent.

Went here to pickup the reason they don't answer the phone is all the young guys are outside working on a car and getting &_$@ as the office lady does all the work....they get 0 stars, her 4 so avg is two from me

They charge for destination delivery charge after delivery. So please be careful and get this fixed before pickup.

We had a nightmare of an experience with our move. Our boxes were not ready for the Moving Help Team, which meant one mover worked at our house while the other mover spent all day waiting for U-Haul to get a box ready for them. One mover could not lift our belongings on his own, so I served as the second mover - a killer for my body. When we turned in our boxes, one was lost. All record of it was lost. We had to identify the box by trying our key in any many locks. When we found that box, some other delay came up around our shipping. After a week of no explanation or response about the delay, 3 of 4 boxes were shipped and one left behind. It took more than 100 hours on the phone, several in person visits, and many emails and texts to finally get our last box delivered - 10 days after the guaranteed date. When I actually interfaced with the staff, they seemed helpful and nice, but the number of times they didn't answer the phone, disconnected my call (by mistake?), or didn't respond to emails or texts was horribly frustrating. I will never use this company again.

This has been my most abject customer service experience ever. They changed the date of my UBox pick up without letting me know, delaying my delivery by two days. I have a complaint filed that was supposed to be addressed within 72 hours and no one has called. Customer service has just sent me down a rabbit hole of transferred calls and now that they have all my worldly possessions, the date the box is supposed to be shipped continues to be pushed back. Who knows if my stuff will EVER get across the country as promised.
