When I made the reservation i explicitly decline extra insurance and when I went to pay for the rental they tried to add it on without telling me. The only reason I caught it was the amount he was going to charge was more than my quote but I’m sure others wouldn’t notice.Additionally they wanted me to upload my license! The girl in the previous review kept the Uhaul 5 days more than allowed, put 893 miles on the truck and dropped it in the middle of the night in the parking lot with key still in the truck!! She owes $1064, basically stole the truck till was told cops will be called, Was given 2 days grace on top of 3 days when equipment can be reported stolen if not returned or extended within 72 hours of due time. With all due respect, the location doesn’t condone mishandling of their equipment and honestly no business will put up with being ripped off by people who don’t know any better. If grievances persist, the location is happy to address them anytime.

Worst experience up to date customer service poor and the owner there very childish and very rude I can only explain the rudness this guy has some form God complex when handling customer service and I honestly I think he not fit to handle Uhual service

Had a reservation and “someone else reserved the vehicle” poor organization and poor customer service. Don’t reserve here and don’t get gas here either.

What can I say. This place is all about Custer service. It was late in the evening we needed a furniture mover trolly , my wife was upset because we were running late, not only did they stay open for us, he clearly saw my wife's frustration and did not let us pay for the rentalHe took my name and dl number and said bring them back first thing in the morning, we open at 7:00. I was floored by the customer service.

I called uhal on the 7th of November I set up for a ubox to be delivered to my house. Everything was perfect until I called the person to deliver my box they said they never received my order went back in forth put in a complaint. The delivery guy called and apologized for the inconvenience he delivered it the next day due to this I had to pay movers because the help I had went to work since it was delivered late . My items arrived to Tempe Az 2 days before thanksgiving I was excited my turkey pot was in there. I called the moving help that I paid for through uhal no answer. Called and spoke to a rep she said maybe they are busy due to the holidays . I waited a few more days still no answer. I called uhal and spoke with Juillian she said she was a manager I told her all my problems she apologized and gave me the moving help fees back . I was happy with that . She stated that uhal would deliver my ubox Saturday free of charge. Well that did not happen . I was charged . I called Julian called me back and apologize said I should have never been charged. She credited me back my money. For the inconvenience I asked her for my money back she said she could not authorize that and her and the Gm will call me today Monday before 4 pm. That did not happen . I called the store Courtney said she send her a text and she said she will handle it. I have yet to receive a call from anyone. I fell like this company over charged me and could careless about there customers once they already took the money . Customer service sucks . Don’t use this company. Believe me your time and money will be wasted. I will not spend another dime with them and will tell everyone about my experience and how management lies to get you off the phone. I put in two complaints and NOT ONE PERSON CALLED BACK. I will be calling corporate in the morning. Oh the total cost for this disaster was almost 1800.00. Use a different Company.

I paid $150 for my uhaul on August 3rd. I turned in my uhaul within my 48hrs and was charged an ADDITIONAL $170. That amnt includes the original $150. I now have 2 pending transactions from uhaul with promises that I don't believe, that one will cancel & my money returned. HORRIBLY STRESSFUL experience and I'm calling my bank about it now.

I think they just started doing U-haul. Took a while to pick up the truck because of a computer issue (they had to call corporate to take care of the ptoblem). Drop off was not a problem though.
