Waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes with 0 UPS workers present. Flagged down UPS drivers walking by and asked if they could send someone up front. Multiple said yes, but no one ever came up front. How can you have a customer service center with 2 out of order computers and no one to help customers? What a joke. A multi billion dollar company that can't fill basic positions are the epitome of garbage. Upper management should be publicly shamed.

Convenient office that is open Saturday morning, it's quite small and only 2 - 3 staff in this office but they are efficient and friendly. Parking is awakard but free.

Showed up a little before 6 PM and the Customer service area was already closed. Workers/drivers in the area had no idea on the hours or procedures of the customer service area. My package is showing as being processed but no further updates or messages stating my package is ready for pick up.

Trying to get info on my package no one answers. Visited this location for customer service and it is closed a worker there said they are renovating. No way to pickup my package.

UPS DRIVER STOLE PACKAGE AND IT IS ALL ON VIDEO WITH SOUND. I have called UPS several times, but can not get a live person on the phone, because the driver purposely did not scan the tracking number, so the package would disappear. UPS automated system will not let me speak with anyone because the tracking number has not been scanned. PLEASE BEWARE OF THE LOOP HOLE. Amazon is escalating this for me, since UPS wont talk to me. Next steps is to file charges for theft. DRIVERS FACE, VOICE, NAME, AND UPS TRUCK all on tape. I will be posting soon, if UPS does not resolve this.

Customer service is not practiced here. Nor is any semblance whatsoever of common sense. Ordered products that should have been delivered by 6/9/23. Tracked the packages and it kept saying they were in Tempe, but couldn't get through to a person to speak to. Called shipper, they were able to reach them (how is that?) and they were told that my house was vacant. Imagine my surprise to learn this, what, with my husband and I both inside, lawn manicured, a for sale sign is in front...does that make it vacant??? Finally got through, no apology, just said it would be delivered the next day. One package came, the other...still 'undeliverable' because of that pesky vacant note the driver wrote on my package. Finally received package 2 of 2 on 6/16/23...one week late and only because of hours spent on their circle of death, inadequate, frustrating, automated phone system that will literally hang up on you if you ask to speak to a representative. SO glad I will not have to deal with this distribution center moving forward.

Very horrible. They claimed to not be able to find my home when Amazon, FedEx, USPS, OnTrac CLEARLY deliver stuff here ALL the time. A lady called me from the Tempe warehouse on Wildermuth Ave, and I gave her clear instructions on where my house is. In spite of the fact she said they would attempt the next day, they didn't even attempt to send the driver out, and later that same night around midnight I got a notification they were going to return the box to Kohl's. I called UPS customer service, and they blamed Kohl's. I called Kohl's and they blamed UPS. I think the blame should be 200% UPS. They're the ones on the ground. Kohl's isn't driving the trucks. Very incompetent.

They lost my package. Then they left perishables on truck over two days. I missed driver by 10 minutes. Never notified it was coming. Called right away and after 10 minutes of recordings and 15 minutes of giving agent all my info again they said they wouldn't send driver back. Asked for redeliver same day. Ceecee finally said wait til 5pm at house (they never intended to do this, just made me wait) And if not delivered they'd hold it at Tempe office. S/w Ceecee at Tempe ofc...she said she answers to sender not me, the receiver. Receivers can't complain I guess and have no rights. Ceecee said sender agreed to use them when I complained that they were treating wine like a non perishable. She couldn't have cared less. Not delivered that 1st day. Jokes on me. Finally checked online and it said hold at 246 pm. No one told me. Next morning Cld 800 # (only one available) and was told by agent it's at at Tempe ofc. Wouldn't give me Tempe # so I could verify. Drove there (50 miles)..not there! LOST. , Veronica searched 30 minutes ( thank you) and said driver probably left on truck & left for day. Not sure if he'd deliver it today. Took my cell & said she'd call me with info. Never got call until I called 800# again at 340pm!! after waiting all day at home & 800 agent (working out of Jamaica) said all she could do it send Tempe ofc message to call me. Suddenly at 4pm V cld me and says it was there all along...Coincidentally at end of day when drivers return. I don't believe it. She even made a point of saying it was kept in cool temps. It's wine bottles and I had told them that heat spoils it. Why didn't she call me earlier so I could have come in? now I have kids and dinner to take care of. I know Driver had it on truck all day today and didn't bother to deliver it so for two days on hot truck and it's perishable and it's ruined. Already contacted sender and complained and told them UPS incompetent with wine delivery. Never use UPS for perishables...they treat it like a sweater. I had a 1st set of wine bottles they spoiled due to keeping wine in hot truck over 3 days!! Again. They know it's wine and they don't care. This is Phoenix. It gets hoAlready filed claim for first batch. They wanted pictures of spoiled wine (how does a pic show that?) then of box because they're trying to blame sender. Box was fine and I took a ton of pictures. BUT they never sent email requesting pics like they said they would. UPS is Not reliable anymore and they outsource American jobs to Jamaica.

UPS driver thought it was okay to deliver my package at 10pm tonight and still ring the doorbell which caused my dogs to bark and wake up my baby. Drivers shouldn’t be allowed to ring the doorbell past 8pm

I worked 3 shifts at UPS for Christmas Holiday Season. I and every employee loading trucks were refused breaks. After my shift, I could stay clocked in for 15min and be paid, to wait to go home? God knows what reprimanded would happen if I clocked in more than 15min after my shift. On my third day I was notified that hourly pay would be reduced $2.50 the day after the holiday season. I found a better job and quit. It is coming up to 5 pay periods since my last shift and have not been paid. I was required to photograph my time card because UPS routinely refuses to pay part time/short term/seasonal workers. I have called HR (located in India) 5 times and they refuse to let me email a picture of my timecard. I will hold a grudge till the day I die. Re-Edit on 1/10/2023. Relieved email a week ago, still no pay check!!!!

UPS driver dropped off 7 packages for different recipients and just left them at one of the random mailbox locations in my Condo complex. I called UPS customer service, but the woman there gave me the most insincere response that she would forward it along. These are not my packages and my request to have UPS come out and deliver them correctly fell on deaf ears with her. I get that it can be a pain to deliver 7 different packages to 7 different unit numbers, but that is why we have a giant map at the entry gate to the community showing where each unit is located, to make your job as easy as humanly possible. This lack of care for your patrons is completely unacceptable. Come on... UPS Do Better!!

I was given bad information at the UPS store in Ahwatukee; they told me I had to go to the customer center to use a third party shipping account, which may be true. However, they assured me that the customer center would be able to pack the computer. I was shipping. When I got to the customer center, the young woman, Kai, said that was not true and that she did not know if she had supplies to help me. This was very distressing to me as this was already my third stop in trying to get this computer shipped. Kai understood that I was distressed and figured out how she could pack the computer for me, even though she really wasn't supposed to. I very much appreciate her kind attention and help.
