Staff are rude and have "forgotten to send out" very important overnight packages twice now. Then they get mad at me for requesting a refund for the difference between the two day and one day. Overnight shipping is NOT cheap I felt like just issuing me the price difference wasn't much to ask. - I no longer go through UPS due to multiple shipping issues out side of this store.

I'm sure I went in at their busiest hour but I just have to say if you want to diminish a line real quiet start shouting "if you just want to drop off you can put your package over here!"Or make a sign that says "drop off here"Just saying... I know I only saw the one person till the other popped out from doing something for another customer.

The place used to be perfect. Gone here countless times. Drop off and leave for fuss no muss. Biniam argued with me, wouldn't move on from a subject and almost didn't want to ship a package that I already knew was going to be over 100 dollars in shipping. Biniam refused my Amazon return and continued to try to argue with me when I told him it's fine 4 times. I won't be coming back here again after being talked down to and told after a decade of doing the exact same thing they couldn't do it.

Some UPS Stores are awesome. I rely on UPS Store for important things. This particular location was a disappointment. I stopped by for a simple two page print. I asked the price to print two color pages. The answer was .59 per page. A few minutes later, I had my two pages and was wrung up at 4.50 something. When I politely mentioned that it turned out not to be .59 per page after all, I was told that there was some sort of fee. Look, it's not the few dollars extra I was charged. The vibe was dreary in this store and then when I was charged the 4.50 something, there was no attempt to apologize. I don't read peoples' minds but the sense that I had when there was that these employees weren't enjoying their service role. My usual UPS Stores are vibrant and well run. I'll stick to them from now on.
