Purchased a preordered prepaid 10 lbs bone in ham. Pickup was first rate, friendly staff unfortunately the ham was average. Not the expected quality for a Honey Baked ham. Disappointing.

We always ate at Honey Baked Ham in Crystal Lake plus took some home for later. Great ham sandwiches and good atmosphere

Walked right in...no lines or crowds this time of year. Staff was very helpful with all my questions. My husband and I had a great ham dinner that night. Thanks!
