"Fun place to go and hang out. I really liked how they did their ticket redemption. It's like a store and you go pick out the items you want and take them to the cashier. Instead of having someone wait on each person at a time like in other arcade type places. The food is pretty good as well. They have a lot of fun games. The only bad thing is if you're planning on playing games you'll need some money. I got my wife and I $20 dollar cards with supercharged. It only lasted about an hour and we didn't play one right after the other. It's still a fun place to go for a weekend night out. "
" The barback was trying his hardest it, and seemed to know way more about the computer, alcohol, food, and customer service better than our bartender, Jody. It took 10 minutes before my friend was literally hanging over the bar waving his hand for at least 3 minutes before we were recognized. The other bartender, I realize we weren't in her section, came over and took our drink order. It was about 7 minutes later to get our drinks, which were only 2 tap beers, totaling at least 20 minutes for drinks. Jody, with the hair bun, finally greeted us, seemingly only to cash us out. He then acted disgruntled that we wanted to order food. My vegetarian friend ordered something specific, and I'm a picky eater, which I understand can be a pain but I'm paying for a service. He continued to roll his eyes at us we ordered and he struggled to understand the simple computer system. After telling him we're in the industry and where we work he simply said "obviously not", then was over heard telling coworkers "I can't wait to go where they work and complain". The final straw after nearly 45 minutes of sitting was when my friend said jokingly "it's a good learning experience" was his response. Jody looked him right in the eye with a dead face and said "no its not" angrily. "
"5 stars go to the arcade. They have the most up to date and fun games there and it is very fun for the whole family. I give 1.5 stars to the dining experience though, I have never had a more abysmal experience with food. To be clear the server herself was great. But the food was cold when we received it and when we asked for fries to be remade because they were cold they never came back to the table! People from the kitchen have a bad attitude and when we voiced our problem with food we got a measly small discount off the plates that were bad. In short go for the games but stay clear of the kitchen."
"I was really excited when I heard Tucson was getting a Dave and Busters.. that quickly faded to disappointment after a couple really bad service experiences. First we came here for my son's birthday dinner, we had a large party of 10-12. They brought out entrees out one at a time very spaced apart, the first entree coming about 45 min before the last, the last order was even wrong... I could look past that experience as maybe inexperienced staff but today's experience was the last straw. After visiting today with my three kids, two under the age of five.. I went out to my vehicle and it would not start, it needed a jump and as I was parked in front at the drop off into the road there was no way to have the other person with me jump my car unless a vehicle next to me moved, we went inside to see if they could make an announcement to see if they car next to me would be willing to move to a new space so that I would not be stranded in 100 plus degree heat with my kids. They refused. Instead I had to push my vehicle, blocking traffic, as all spots around me where full, into the driveway, to get a jump from someone. It'll be a long time before I bring my family here again, if we ever come back at all."
"Horrible service. Waiter couldn't and wouldn't give the exact price of drinks (they are not provided on the menu). No utensils were provided even after he brought out the appetizers. Food runner gave us better service than the waiter. The waiter's name is Brandon. "About 8 or 9 dollars is all he knew how to repeat"."
