Thanks to the whole crew for getting me set up on a super sexy Trek Émonda at a great price! The model I was looking for was sold out everywhere (in two states!) but Fair Wheel sold me one of their gently used rentals and I've been having an absolute blast.Like any quality shop, they also did a free tune up after 30 days, which was super helpful because I'm from out of state and don't have my tools here.I only spend my winters in Tucson but when I'm here I'll be using them for all my cycling needs. If I had one complaint it's that they don't have a location in Colorado :)

While in Tucson, our host recommended we rent bikes Fair Wheel Bikes. Since she is an avid cyclist, she knew the best place to go. The bikes were well maintained and service was professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent bikes from Fair Wheel the next time visiting Tucson.

I was a last-minute rental customer. Staff were super friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to go after days of heavy rain. The bike was super nice and despite shifting issues that developed (who knew that AXS could develop shifting issues), it was perfect for the riding conditions we faced at upper 50 year and prison camp

Took my mtn bike to another shop and wasn’t happy with their service so I took it to Fair Wheels. They got my bike all tuned up and even recommended an upgrade. Today I went on an 8 mile 1000 vertical up and down ride, whoa…. it was like I was riding a new bike. Thanks Fair Wheels!

On a recent visit to Tucson, our host recommended this bike store for rentals. He said everyone he had sent to them reported a great experience. They went out of their way to be helpful ~ even figuring out the best way to carry 2 bikes to the trail in a smaller SUV. They gave us a good route for the ride and a suggestion for a safe place to park. Their rental prices were very reasonable.Becky and Joe

Rented a road bike and hybrid bike from Fair Wheels. Front desk was very helpful with sizing. Cole, in particular, gets a 5-star rating for helping my wife size a step-through cycle for her.I also like their 24 hour rental period, allowing you to rent one afternoon and return the next afternoon (within the 24 hour period) for a 1-day rental price.

Have nothing but nice things to say about Fair Wheel Bikes. I've been in there a few times for various issues and they're always eager to help out. I'm particularly impressed by their integrity--they've had multiple opportunities to try to upsell me, but they never have

There's a reason they've been in business for 50 years, Fairwheelis a great shop.Radically inclusive: no matter what you look like or what kind of bike you're on, the staff will be friendly, welcoming and professional. And the mechanics *really* know their stuff (thank you Patrick!).

Visiting Tucson from Upstate NY and rented a mountain bike to do some exploring in the foothills. Called and visited a couple of different places but didn't get good results. Called Fair Wheel Bikes - easy peasy. Simple process, friendly and attentive staff, and a great bike. Couldn't be better !

Exactly what we were looking for. We explained our situation as visitors and what we wanted to accomplish with rental bikes. Set everything up the day prior and the next day we arrived and were provided with great bikes and a temporary chaperone to help us get to the Huckleberry Loop. All went well, rode all the way to the end of the Oro Valley branch and returned. Everything was flawless.

Ler 'er rip!! Fair Wheel came through big time with a top notch gravel bike rental. My friend who came from out of town says she liked her rental more than her actual gravel bike at home. That baby blue Specialized Crux let my friend enjoy the vistas around Patagonia from relative comfort (there was the washboard and the headwind, but who doesn't like a little suffering??) for 104 miles. Thank you Fair Wheel for making a memorable day possible and for being so kind and welcoming.
