Great little bike shop that always has what I need. The owner will go above and beyond to help with knowledge and parts. I was struggling with a tubeless setup and he gave me advice and spare parts for free. Where else are you going to get that? Top notch.

We went to get an electric bike tuned up and a tire fixed. The guy was very experienced and made sure the bike got the service it needed. He helped us right away and was very quick. Will recommend to friends and will come back for any other services.

This is THE place for all your biking needs in Tucson. Jose is super helpful, knowledgable and very attentive. He assembled my daughter's bike when she moved in to UofA. Sadly, bike was stolen from her new apartment within 24 hours (bad job locking her ride). BUT Jose went above and beyond helping with a replacement. THANK YOU, my friend! Really appreciate your kindness, your time, your patience and your commitment to finding a solution. PLEASE, and I can't stress this enough, support local, independent bike shops like J&J. They are the heart and soul of bike culture and are absolutely invaluable. And these folks are your community. Spend your money LOCAL, not at Target, Walmart or Amazon. And spend it with people like J&J.

He worked quickly and didn't charge much. But he only fixed one of my two flat tires, doesn't show up when his store is supposed to be, lied to a different customer about when he would be there, and doesn't answer the phone when you call. Most bike shops don't do this, I wouldn't waste my time again

Had to get my MTN bike grips replaced. Was in and out. He did in seconds and even let me know I needed to lower the handle bars stem, and did that for me too! Seems like a good shop!

I've gone through several bike shops in the area and otherwise, JJ's is the best, bar none. He takes his time with me every time I break my mtn bike or have an amateur question. You just have to be patient for him to do the same with whoever was there first.Prices are unbeatable.Quality couldn't be better.Update: Years later and JJ's is still the only shop i will take my high end mountain bikes.

Wonderful service and insight to every bicycle needs. Whether its professional repair or service. The owner definitely makes all effort to give you the most honest and fair price for top notch service. Also if you need parts or accessories ordered for anything, you can get them there. No other bike shop does more in Tucson than here.

As I was in tough situation with my ride, I stopped into JJ Bicycles to see if Jose’ could help me out on the spot, it is asking for a lot these days. As he was super busy he was able to squeeze me in. He helped me out by adding a new Eagle cassette, chain, trued my mtn bike wheels and adjusted the derailleur. He has a great personality and is with honest to the situation on hand. He treated me as a client not not a number. As a small business owner I support other small business owners! He has my business from here on out. Well done Sir! ??

I walked into JJ’s on a bad day - my back wheel and cassette had been stolen! José got to work right away! In addition to a new back wheel, my bike got a tune-up. He showed a lot of attention to detail and was very kind & enjoyable to talk to while I was waiting. I walked out of the shop in about an hour with a good-as-new bike and in a much better mood. The pricing was very fair!! I moved here not long ago, and I am happy to have found my go-to bike shop in Tucson!!! The only thing that would have made my experience better is if he were wearing a mask!

We had a repair emergency and only in town for a couple of days for mountain biking. Unfamiliar with the area, we called and went to a few shops that were unable or unwilling to assist with the repair. We called JJ's and they were incredible. The service was above and beyond and the repair, under the circumstances, was extremely reasonably priced. They appear to be a local business and we were happy to support them. We will no doubt return if the opportunity arises. Thank you for keeping us rolling JJ Bikes Tucson!!!

After getting ripped off at a big bike company mortar store where I purchased my bike. I decided to take my bikes here. What a great idea. This is a true bike shop. One man band that actually cares about the community riders. My whole family and friends now go here. Good Job Jose.

Great place! Super fast and easy service and the owner is very kind and helpful. Also it's super close to campus so very convenient if you need any work done or gear for your bike.

I've been going here like a year cause he used to give me 4$ tire repair but for the past 6 months I've gone in and the dude is never there. I go in at 10, 10:30, 10:45 and he's never there it's a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating

Immediately as I stepped through the door, I was helped with incredible kindness and efficiency. Also, incredibly talented repairman. I barely reconciled My used bike from craigslist I highly recommend this place :) the used bike I was afraid to even ride feels strong and smooth. in short, excellent, friendly, and fast service.
