This is a very quaint Vietnamese restaurant downtown. They have a bar to sit at and watch sport or regular seating for larger groups. We had the very flavorful egg rolls to start. You wrap them in lettuce along with rice noodles and a little sauce. As the main dish, I had #53, which was marinated beef on a bed of red rice with some side greens. It was a mixture of Vietnamese and tex mex, and it was super good!

I didn't really like this restaurant. Service was lousy. Food was okay and atmosphere also. I will try one more time and if it's still the same will not go there anymore.Food: 3/5

The pho is really great. Full of flavor. Huge portion. Anything you get here is good. Even the chicken nuggets! Best chicken nuggets I’ve had. They taste homemade!!

I ordered pho tai, add shrimp- to go, on my lunch break. The broth is not substantial enough to carry the soup as a whole. MUCH more green, white, and red onions are needed, as well as cilantro and lime. Growing up in Seattle Vietnamese food is very prevalent and I grew up being spoiled by the authentic and delicious food in the city and surrounding areas. Coming to Tucson and having been here the last 12 years - I’ve yet to find pho that can stand up to my expectations. As a customer- when ordering take out I would suggest asking for extra hoisin, lime, and onions/cilantro. I don’t know if they charge for these…frankly it’s just not worth $16 without all the extras anyway. Miss Saigon, please consider adding at LEAST double the “condiments” that are included in pho when providing take out. I would be coming here on my lunch break a tremendous amount more with this small change…it makes a huge difference.Also- the summer rolls could desperately use herbs. Rice noodles, shrimp/pork, and shredded iceberg lettuce seems a bit lazy, and bland. Cilantro, basil, mint, maybe lemongrass and/or cucumber?

It's OK. Not my favorite series of restaurants in town, but if you're craving some Vietnamese staples it will work. This location has a liquor license so you can grab a drink with dinner. The service was good and the food was good, but nothing remarkable. The restaurant was clean, but the restroom they seem to skimp on everything soap, paper towels, and I didn't use the TP. The pho broth isn't complex with more density, flavor, or aroma. It's just average broth at best. The toppings were OK, but I don't recall seeing tripe.

We met friends there for dinner. My husband had pho I had wonton and noodle soup. Pho was good and the wonton noodle soup was average. I had hoped it would be as good as my favorite place in Houston. But it wasn't still decent to eat. The wonton skin needs to be thinner. The Vietnamese egg rolls were really good. I would order them next time with rice noodle in a bowl meal.

Per my son and the family in general, the best orange chicken ever. All of the food we had there was good. Orange chicken with the highlight. Grilled beef was number two. We got a hot soup but it did not have the heat. We are expecting based on how it looked. Little disappointing since we're wanting spicy food. Overall, the food was very good and we will definitely be going back.

Years ago I used to love this restaurant, it was my first choice for birthday dinner outings and such. I’ve noticed quite a decline in quality since then. Tonight I ordered the chicken pho and pork/shrimp spring rolls - the rolls were very good and tasty. The pho…. ?♀️ uncomfortably oily to the point difficult to eat, even after siphoning off as much oil as I could, it still overwhelmed the entire broth, which had decent flavor, but when made with half oil it was very ruined ?

I hadn't realized I had yet to make a review of this place. Miss Saigon is a wonderful business that we have been supporting as a family for at least seven years now. We started going there because my mothers best friend lived on this side of town. Our family has always loved Vietnamese cuisine and tends to go to fun restaurants quite frequently. So when we decided to come to this restaurant seven years ago they were trying out the food. The service is wonderful, very family friendly. And their timeliness is amazing. I can place a phone order for my pho and spring rolls and pick it up within 10 minutes. Obviously this may differ with other food items such as fried rice. But their food has always been very delicious to us and always taste better when it comes from wonderful staff who treat their customers amazingly. I highly recommend coming here.
