I am incredibly happy with the service at this shop. I took in my daughters bike to have the rims replaced, he was able to fix the rear and replaced the front for a very fair price. I live on the east side of Tucson, despite the long drive I have, this will be my go to bike shop.Thank you for the great service today!

These guys/gals are the best. We were rolled into town for a short stay overnight stay and wanted to ride The Loop Trail but got a flat tire the day before. They quickly responded when I reached out via their contact form and stayed open late to fix my tire. He fixed it super fast, he was very friendly and it was a great value! 5 stars!

Travis must be some kind of bike wizard, because he somehow knew what kind of bike I wanted before I could even tell him. And when the original bike he had in mind wasn't in-store, he found another perfect one, and I was in love with it 2 seconds into my test ride. He also went above and beyond to make sure I had all the other bike things I needed and helped me stick to my budget. Awesome guy, great shop. Highly recommend!

This place fixed my bike within ten minutes and we're very reasonablly priced. The workers were very kind and quick with their work. Would definitely reccomend if you need anything bike-related.

WE LOVE our bikes! Travis was so excellent to work with. We initially thought we would just purchase our two bikes for the time we were staying in Tucson, and then sell them back. Travis told us it would be completely fine if we chose to do this, and even recommended it as a smarter option than what we were going to do (which is rent our bikes monthly for the months we would be staying). However, instead of selling them back, we loved the bikes so much that we decided to keep them forever! He made sure we got to test ride them before purchasing, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was not only honest about all products, but even had the integrity to point us in the right direction for cheaper or better alternatives for any items he did not have (or even items he had in store!) I appreciate that degree of honesty. Give Travis and RC Bicycles your business!

I'd like to be able to give 6 stars, please. :-) Friendly service while I waited, disk brake realignment and some derailleur tuning. $15 and all fixed. Can't recommend enough.

I came in to get new brake pads for my bike and was immediately attended to. The employee was knowledgeable and courteous and even installed them and adjusted some spokes, to correct a misalignment, without an additional charge. It's definitely a "hole in the wall" type of place, which might be a turn off for some people though. For example, the brakes weren't in packages or on a display rack, but kept loose in a drawer in the back repair shop area. I had to ask what the price and brand were since they didn't have tags or labels. Other than that, I didn't have any issues.

i bought a bike my first semester of college it was $150 for the bike i could probably buy at Walmart for $70 and after overpricing it bc they obviously saw me as a confused college student they even told me they could buy it back for a good price, my bike tire was stolen while i had covid and was stuck inside so i brought it back to sell and i told the man i didn't have the front tire which he said was fine and he told me he could only give me $30 and acted aggravated after he handed me the $30 and randomly asked for the tire i already informed him i didn't have the whole place is a scam dont try to buy or sell back to them you can literally go to walmart and get a cheaper bike and nicer service
