Excellent service. They give very helpful advice. They don't oversell or pressure. They explain alternatives, such as whether or not to use a portable pump or CO2 gas to inflate a tube or repair a flat while on a ride.

Very friendly, very helpful. They had the dropper part I needed in stock. Busy place, they sold 2 new bikes in the 20 min I was in there. They helped this passing through Arkansan and got us back on the trail.

This shop received my packed-up bike to reassemble for el Tour de Tucson 2023. Everything was tuned to a tee, and had several questions answered.

Having changed shifts to Tuesday thru Saturday means I cannot access this bike shop on my days off. It's the only one I can walk my bike to. I will just take a bolt cutter to my $300 bike so it will fit in my apartment complex's dumpster, I guess. This is useless. I guess being a cyclist was OK when it was convenient. Maybe bicycle activists should rethink everything if cycling requires so much more maintenance, time and overall commitment than a car. I guess despite 17 years of living here, Tucson is still shitty. Yelp has documented this for me, sadly.

Very nice staff on board. Did not feel any pressure or sales tactics used. Would visit them again. Very little as far as use bikes.

Unusual experience for a bike shop. I expected the usual bikeshop aloof and condescending attitudes...this was NOT the case. Staff were friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Best of all, they were helpful. A++++

As someone who doesn't know anything about bikes I really liked the help I received here, they gave me all the options from least to most expensive and explained the benefit of each one without trying to up-sell me so I could make an informed decision

I'm upgrading my review based on one day of riding my bike after the tires were changed so they would hold air. It was such a relief to not have to add air before I could go on my ride this morning. First time in 18 months. Thank God and Trek for figuring it out. Thank you

Not a good place for ordinary bike repairs. They seem to only want to service high-end bikes for leisure cyclists. They have a fairly long wait for simple repairs...fine if you're a weekend cyclist with 3 bikes. But for a utilitarian cyclist like me who needs a little work done without having to wait a week, it's not an ideal place. They only have one mechanic currently, they used to have a few and so you could wait while they changed a tire. No longer.

I had a parking lot accident that resulted in a crushed rear wheel and crank on a week old bike…They didn’t have the exact parts here but the guys went out of their way to pull together what they had at the shop to get me back on the trails. They also recommended local shops (I do not live is Tucson) that would likely have the exact parts I was looking for. Thanks to their help and recommendations, getting my bike functioning again for my trip was a lot less stressful than I anticipated!

They did more damage than I paid them for repairs. Just needed a new chain and a bracket tightening. Now the bike is unusable. They didn't apologize or try to fix it. I'll never go here again

Update 3 - my bike has been swapped out after constant issues. I'll see if this new one is the same amount of trouble. Thanks to the team for bearing with my inevitable frustrations though that.I came in on a whim when I knew my Christmas Bonus was coming and everyone was so kind, helpful, and friendly. We chatted about my goals as a returning cyclist and looked at a few bikes.I returned as soon as my XMAS bonus hit my account and everyone was again wonderful. I didn't feel pressured to purchase a specific bike, and Gene helped to explain the finer details between the Verve 2 and Verve 3. Once I settled on a bike, we spent some time discussing tires (inner tubes vs tubeless vs tube armor), lights, and storage options. I decided to allow them to install the hardware and would return a couple days later.I just got back from my first bike ride in years, and this Verve 3 is just wonderful! The bike is very comfortable and rides incredibly smoothly. Now my wife and I can finally ride together!
