Bathroom was filthy, urine everywhere the guy said he's the only one who cleans it. He refused to give me his name and was very rude. Stay away from this place!

I always take picture of rentals prior to leaving the lot. We took pictures of the entire U-Haul and Returned on time with no damage. We then received an invoice for $500 claiming there was damage to the truck that was cause during our move. At first they stated the damage was to the seat but no photo was provided. I called the manager Jayson Nevez who stated the damage was actually to the exterior and he knew it wasn't present when we took the rental and that he sent the email as soon as we dropped off the truck and he saw the damage. He sent me pictures of the damage and insisted it was caused during my rental. I reviewed the pictures I took prior to the rental and was able to show that the damage was present. I received no apology just a notice my money would be refunded in 2-3 business days. This seems to be a scam they use to take advantage of customers. Renters make sure to always take photos.

I called in to the location on ajo an 6. I spoke with a ladie who I think didn’t know what she was doing and had to ask several other people for help. I wanted a wiring kit for my vehicle, I was told they had a wiring kit ready for pick up. I show up and they have no idea what I’m talking about. So I reordered the kit and was told it would be in less then a week. I call back a week later on Friday an the order still has not come in, and was told it would be in on Monday an they would give me a call when it came in. Tuesday I call in for my kit and it still has not come in and I never received a phone call. I called and left a message asking for the manager to call me back. Never received the call and had to wait almost 3 weeks for the kit. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I will not be recommending them to anyone!!!!

Mike is one super manager. He gave me more attention than anyone could ask for too make sure I was hooked up and ready to go. I made a friend to look up when I return too Tucson.

They sent out a POD with a broken hanging door and I couldn't even lock it. Big gap spaces around the door where packrats, snakes, etc can get in. Also anybody who knows anything about moving can just unlock the pod and open the door. No security at all. Called customer service, waited 15 minute, finally got through to the facility. Manager wasn't there. The person there was courteous, but didn't know what to do so needed to get in touch with the manager and have him call me back. An hour later, I haven't heard anything. This was after waiting around for 8 hours for the movers to get here. They were scheduled for 8:30am and arrived at 4:30 pm. The movers were courteous, but the UHaul experience has been horrible. Do NOT used this facility. I will think twice about ever even using UHaul again.

This is my favorite Uhaul location EVER!!! They made the renting process so easy. They had the truck we wanted and were totally awesome when we realised we had the wrong dolly. They stitched it out and even helped my pregnant wife load it into our car. We will rent from this location every time we need a Uhaul.

We went in to get boxes to pack up my mothers china. The store looked a little busy and we were looking at the boxes, immediately there was a nice young man there to help us and answer our questions. He rang us up and we were out of the store in no time. We deal with so much Customer No-Service it was nice to have Customer Service.

I made my reservation on line on the same day (Halloween) and was able to pick-up a few hours later. The truck was nearly full and ready to go when we got there. All I had to do was, give them my reservation number, confirm some simple demographic information and swipe my card for the truck (like when you rent a regular car). Because I rented during a weekday mileage was at a lower rate, so that was a nice surprise. Overall service at this location was excellent, equipment we obtained (utility dolly) was clean and well maintained and the guys were thorough when we returned it...so thorough they found and returned my husband's wallet!

We rented a U-Haul truck and a dolly trolley from Tucson to tow a car back to Phoenix last week. The U-Haul employees were friendly and helpful. As it was our first time using a U-Haul dolly trolley, the manager obliged when I asked him to run through the steps of securing one tire of a car to the dolly trolley. We discovered that a bolt was missing from one of the two ratchet straps! Without the bolt the ratchet would not work. Even though a bolt, not exactly fitting, was found and used, we discovered later when we were actually securing a tire, the strap cannot be tightened, there was still some slack. When we returned the truck and dolly trolley at the U-Haul Phoenix location, an employee examined the ratchet with the replacement bolt and discovered that the ratchet to be faulty. That ratchet slips! We are thankful that nothing happened while driving 100+ miles on a busy freeway. Lesson learned! Before driving off, make sure you check that the equipment works as expected. Seriously consider purchasing insurance for the dolly trolley. For the sake of their customers' safety, U-Haul should have checked the integrity of their equipment before renting them out!
