We love banking with Arvest! The staff there are very kind and personal. Nathaniel Craig who has been handling our home loan is incredible to say the least. When trying to figure out our options to refinance our current home or buy a new home, he jumped through every hoop imaginable to get us the best rates and credits possible. He was always available for us and always empowered us to make the right decision.I really can't say enough good things about them. If you're looking for a good down-to-earth bank in NWA, Arvest is it! :)

Online services via web and app are very poor. Since a system upgrade in May online banking errors out when you attempt to alter or delete a reoccurring payment. You can update the most current version of the reoccurring bill. Multiple browsers have the same issue on multiple computers.

Opened a new account today & very happy with the service! Quick, polite, no nonsense. Really nice people, greeted & helped right away with no wait time. This branch is really great!

The tellers are courteous and professional. On the rare occasion that I have had to do something more than a simple transaction, I feel well taken care of. They make great suggestions and tend to anticipate my needs better than I do.

Customer Service on the phone is terrible. You can give them your tax id number and social security number but they can't help you unless you know a recent transaction. Seems to me if you have that information you should be able to get help. If your a busy person like me and you have things automatically withdrawn and deposited its just too much to remember. I will be looking for another bank. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Arvest in general is a terrible entity. Save yourself time, energy and sanity and go with different bank. These people lack customer service skills, professionalism and could care less about the experience you have with them.
