Jeremy is such an awesome guy. He's very professional and really knows multiple areas within the banking field. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and knows how to take care of you. I really appreciate how personal he is and how hard he truly tries to make things work in your favor as a customer. Thank you Jeremy for all your hard work! Definitely will continue to visit this Arvest location.

I had an agreement with the father of my teenage child that while the child lived with me, I paid their cell phone bill. Total Wireless allowed me to set up my card for auto pay but when my child moved out, Total Wireless would not allow me to cancel the auto pay on my debit card without logging into the account (which is in my child's stepmother's name), resulting in 3 transactions that we did not approve. I opened a dispute with Arvest in October 2022, on October 31st they provided a provisional credit for the 3 transactions - 26.43, 26.43, 26.40Due to an unresolved dispute that cost us 750.00 in 2022 where I paid a CPA via Venmo to do our taxes and when I got a copy of our return I noticed that she attempted to commit fraud by adding a friend as someone we paid for childcare with an address that doesn't exist for that person in order to get more earned income credit for her friend. Arvest decided we were not a victim of fraud and refused to give our money back, we closed our Arvest account in November 2022 We have filed the appropriate forms with the IRS for this fraud, its ridiculous that Arvest thinks that person should be allowed to keep our 750.00!! Venmo has been no helpAnyways, back to this - we closed the account November 2022 and several months later we get paperwork saying that they approved the refund for 1 of the transactions but not the other two. I called to reopen the dispute, never got any other piece of mail about it so I don't think the person I spoke to even submitted it. This left us having to pay back 52.00 and some change. On April 6th 2023 I accidentally sent 500.00 via PayPal to this closed account, without realizing it, I sent another 200.00 to this closed account on the 8th. Arvest returned the 200.00 to the PayPal account on the 12th but held my 500.00 hostage and then told us, today, they are keeping 52.00 and some change from the 500.00This is not okay.

Always the quickest Arvest location when I need to get my things done quick. Staff keep the lines moving fast and this location is in front of two walmart employee buildings so you know they get swamped.

Arvest bank is convenient when it comes to having a checking account because of how many ATM and branch locations there are in the area. However, after having a mortgage loan through Arvest and then going through the process of a personal loan just to be declined with a 690 credit score, I wouldn't recommend them for any loan process. Escrow account was always screwed up. They were either sending us a refund for over paying or raising our mortgage payment to pay in extra for underpaid escrow. Back and forth. The personal loan was declined due to "limited credit history". Not sure with a good credit score and positive payment history why they can approve a $140k mortgage but not a $6k personal loan. My advice is for anyone looking for a loan, to use a bank that is easier to deal with and uses business practices that make sense.

I thought banks could get no worse than Chase and Wells Fargo but alas I was wrong. When I set up the account they put my ss# in wrong which meant my debit card didn’t work. When I asked them to fix it they said I needed to come back and prove that the social security number I put on the application was mine bc they input it wrong to begin with. I did this and figured the solution was done. Then I transferred my paycheck to that account but they had closed my account. I was told they would send it back to the bank I sent the money from. Called a week later and they said I need to come and get a check. This was during the great snow storm and we needed the money. I did finally get my money after about 30 minutes waiting time. We. Will. Never. Go. Back.

I really enjoyed banking at this branch. Very enjoyable experience. Mary Howell is such a amazing person she is prompt and very polite. She does amazing at getting things done and puts a smile on your face. With her working for arvest she will make that bank a success.

I will not return to this branch. Employees were very rude when I tried to get foreign currency and did not know the process.

Incompetant. They don't seem to know what they are doing unless you want to do a simple deposit or use the ATM. Went in to do a wire transfer and after a few minutes, someone came and sat opposite me and hacked away of their computer for a while, saying nothing. When I checked if they were attempting to help me with my wire transfer request, he said he'd never done one before, and couldn't get logged on to the computer. It seems someone else knew how to do a wire transfer but for some reason couldn't help me..... I gave up and went to another branch. This is the second time we have had a poor experience there. Suggest you skip this location and go to the Walmart SuperCenter, just a mile south which has an Arvest branch inside.
