Lost a +12 year customer today. Branch employee was speaking to people like they were beneath him because they didn’t have an appointment, however, the system to make an appointment online is not working. Not the first issue, slow, rude service is the norm.

Worst Bank Ever. While every other bank is closing their lobby during the Covid Pandemic and doing transactions at the drive-thru, BOA is keeping there drive-thru closed. They also have the terrible hours. The only plus is the online bill pay, which I’m sure they will ruin soon enough
