After calling 10, Yes 10 Different branches someone finally picked up the phone. After trying to get help on verifying a cashiers check my business received they wanted to put no effort towards verifying I won’t lose $60,000.00 and then as soon as I asked more questions they hung up and wouldn’t answer back. Worthless and lazy employees.

My name is Joseph Welch. I just open up a bank Bank account a couple days ago at Bank of America in Bentonville Arkansas. I don’t have my debit card yet because it’s been ordered but I went in there and deposit cash and I said I wish there was an easier way to get money out of the ATM without coming in here the banker, his name was. ace he helped me so much. He said you can use the ATM through your phone and withdraw money that way I told him I didn’t even know that was possible. Thank you so much he help me out and really helps me out. Thank you so much for being a great person.

If you’re going to deposit cash at the ATM use the inner ATM. Outer one counted super slow, ended up not taking about half my deposit, and ate $10. Billion dollar company can’t get a consistently working machine

Try calling this bank. You literally cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Wow.

Went into a Bank of America in Bentonville Arkansas to cash a check on that bank. Because I am not a customer of Bank of America I was charged $8 fee for cashing a check on Bank of America. Will never do business with Bank of America

It's unbelievable how bad their service has gotten. After waiting 45 minutes in the lobby for help, they tell me I can't cash a check because it's over the daily limit. Then I'm told to have my client write me 2 checks for smaller amounts that add up to what I already had and they would do it... what?? And the check was written off a B of A account.

Never been so frustrated waiting while I hear the banker talking WiFi and traffic for twenty minutes while I wait for a simple order. And I was told I could have done this via a teller….learning when I got here I had to wait for a “banker”.

I've been banking here for over 8 years. First I was annoyed when they closed the drive thru, but eventually got over it sense I really didn't use it much. However fast forward and today probably ended my relationship with BOA. I came in to open an additional checking account for my child. When I told them what I wanted the outstanding bank teller who had the up most customer service told me it was too close to closing time and I would have to come back. So let me get this straight I am trying to give you more money and more business and it's not convenient for you. Probably the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE anywhere. I will close all of my accounts since they are so clearly doing so well they don't need customers.

We opened our account at this branch and were helped by Amber. She was very helpful, cordial and quick. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we have a seamless experience.

Not having drive up banking when you are next to Home office in the largest financial hub in the state is ridiculous. I am switching banks asap.

Your employees and your tellers should treat every customer the walks in that door as if they are a multimillionaire. There is no excuse in this day and age for poor customer service. No wonder so many online bank companies are taking over the brick and mortar.
