Been using this bank for several years.. and have no choice but to switch!! Unable to call customer service without being on hold for hours now used to be able to talk to someone in 10 minutes. And I live in cabot and only one bank which is in Jacksonville is open on Saturday

I have been using the bank here for about a year. Basically, most of the contact persons are friendly. However, when I went to the procedure last week, the woman at the counter didn't ask me about my troubles, and said, "OK, I'm going to do the procedure here, so that's it for today." . More than two days after that day, my problem wasn't solved, so when I went to the counter again, a very kind woman responded me. She listened to my troubles and explained what kind of procedure was necessary. I got the documents for the procedure, saying that my signature is absolutely necessary for this trouble. It turned out that when I went two days ago, another woman didn't explain anything, and I didn't get any procedure at all! So unhelpful. I don't know why the woman said that "OK". It wasn't ok?

Their ATM said I withdrew 700$ but would not give me any money even though it charged my card. When I went inside GINA acted like my problem was not good enough for her. She eventually after an hour decided she would balance the ATM only to find out that I was telling the truth. When I tried to find out from her what I needed to do to get my money back(which she DID NOT want to tell me) she admitted the banks wrong doing but said there was nothing they could do about it and it was up to me to try to convince my card holder that I never got any cash from centennial. GINA was very unprofessional and rude and even butt into a personal conversation I was having with my mother, making the matters worse. This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to.

Absolutely awful service by Emily the manager. I tried to ask to wire money from my account and she purposely hung up on me without allowing me to ask any follow up questions. We will be removing our money from this bank as they are awful!!!! Do not use!!!Edited to add: Emily encase another customer with your bank contacts you to inquire about wire transfers to pay for a loan please let the customer know that they can contact the bank holding the loan and they can initiate the wire transfer. Luckily, Bank of America has amazing customer service and were very happy to answer all my questions! I just wanted to help you do your job for the future.

Extremely unhelpful and rude with bank services when not wanting to get an account with them. Even the most simple of tasks like transferring rent money are a huge hassle. Will never open an account here no matter how hard they try to talk me into it. Id rather use cashapp
