Really nice shop. Lot's of interesting styles. The shop owner is knowledgeable and patient. I walked out with the coolest darn hat I've ever owned. I'm really excited about the purchase. I can see the hat game becoming an addiction.

This place is under new ownership. The lady that ran it has gone (early 2022). The guy that runs it is from Houston Texas. He told us "we bought the building and they 'talked us into' buying the hat store also.." which is 100% different than the lady that used to run it. It was her passion. When we came in last time the lady didn't know us and exclaimed "You made it!!!!" And we immediately felt special and welcomed. This guy was like.. meh. We asked him if a hatbox was for sale and he kind of scoffed at us and hesitated before saying "yea it's $3000.00" Kind of got the impression he didn't think we had money. Like we weren't worth his time. The store was all set up as one room and he told us "the previous owner said she'd spend 1000 dollars every few weeks replacing hats because people touched them. I don't want to lose that money so I have it setup so you can't just touch them" Jeez. I understand not wanting to lose that money but thought it was weird he straight up said that. Like... he was protecting his hats from the people that wanted to buy them. The previous lady was like Ollivander (from Harry Potter but hats) and we were heartbroken after our experience here today. Sad. I guess things change. Either way, it wasn't magical and we were turned off by the... (service?). My wife's a real estate broker and last time we came here we bought three hats and spent a big chunk of money so we weren't just there to look around. The guy sat in the corner and just... kind of turned us off. Will forever miss the store this was. Still has nice hats. Just not the same.

Owner is very nice. Unique hats! Went in to look at steam punk hats. Had several, but husband said they would be too hot. Not a lot of variety on size due to supplier issues, but still a fabulous store.

1) I really like hats.2) I love to get new hats on vacations. Not quite a collection, but a fun little reminder of places I've been.3) Hats Hides & Heirlooms is one of the best haberdasheries/millinery I've ever visited.The store is a wonderful little step back in time with all manner of of designer and fashionable hats. (No baseball caps here) Styles included for men and women, and from daily wearing to night out styles for both.The proprietor of the show is very friendly and knowledgeable, and got three of our group into great fitting and fashionable new caps.Also, the shop had a great selection of hats for people with larger heads (like myself) so it was great being able to try on hats that fit perfectly.

While on vacation from Omaha, NE I found the most beautiful flat cap I’ve ever seen. It fits perfect. It’s the most quality hat I own and I’m very proud to wear it.

I enjoyed my new Panama hat! They did a great job choosing a tan hat for me, we even customized the ribbons and feather colors. They were super friendly and helped me out. There were a little expensive, but I am willing to pay that when a salesperson helps me out like that. It reminds me of the old school way of doing business, which...as a millennial, I have grown used to the "order it online" thing, and sometimes, I miss the old school way. I will be coming back from Oklahoma to purchase more hats. their selection is amazing for men. I didn't really look at the women's side.

I bought this yellow hat at Hats, Hides & Heirlooms! I had a yellow coat on friom Old Navy that I bought a long time ago, and when I walked in Carla said I have the perfect hat for you! She was right! The yellow hat matched my Old Navy coat! Perfect!

We're so lucky to have such a fine establishment in our home state and close by. Shonda will make sure you get the right hat for your face, style, price range and body type. She's friendly and an excellent professional. This is not a novelty store, but a fine hat shop to be respected. Can't wait to go back!

I've always visited this store when I travel to Eureka Springs and on the last trip I actually bought a hat. The owner is *lovely* and will find the perfect hat for you. I walked in thinking I needed something black and classic and I walked out with a light gray, large-brimmed hat with a purple and blue band. I love it and wear it often.
