The females that work here are completely inept. They are not consistent with their training because I've gone there to take out money from a debit card that is issued by my employer and they've given me the money. Today I tried to do the same thing and a different female that waas there that asked me to sign my card when the previous female that gave me money at the same location without signing my card. She asked me if it was at the same location and I lied because I didn't want to get the other female in trouble. So she decided to not give me my money. This location is the worst out of all the bank location's. Not only did the female get attitude with me but she stated that it's a human error of her coworker giving me my money without signing my card. They're shouldn't be room for human error when dealing with people's money. DO BETTER!

I appreciate Ethan for helping me with my debit card and helping me get a credit card as well. He is very kind friendly fast at his work pleasant and always with a friendly smile. Everyone at this bank is very friendly supportive helpful and kind. Ty for all you do for your customers ?

Rachel at the M.L.K. location helped me when I got scammed and took really good care of me. We were able to recover all funds lost and she made sure to follow up with me as well throughout the entire process! Just fantastic customer service from her, thank you so much, Rachel!

Very nice customer service. I've never had an issue with this location. Extremely nice employees and this location is rarely very busy (unlike the other Arvest banks).

On the phone for 28 mins on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone... no one ever did.. same with other arvest locations.. I was even on hold at one point driving and decided to stop by the location and go inside that I was calling. Walked in on hold and everyone was standing around.. it's not hard to answer a phone.
