Wasted well over an hour of my time today maybe 2! 3 calls and 3 visits to the bank and card still don’t work for online transactions had to pull money and go to Walmart to make an online registration payment. Cost $120 fee cause payment wouldn’t go through on there behalf. And was late. Thanks centennial maybe the free atm charges will make up for it after a year.

False advertising, rude staffThis branch advertises everywhere it’s open until 7pm most times after I get off work they have closed by 6 or 5 making. The older women behind the teller line is also extremely rude, I’d suggest going to one of the young men if you don’t want to be made to feel like a burden. I’ll be switching banks to one that can keep adequate staff and honor the advertised hours.

Terrible customer service, it’s almost as if you’re a burden to them. Especially the older lady that handles the drive through. It’s ridiculous, the lack of customer service she delivers. It’s almost as if she hates her job. Don’t recommend the MLK location.

Horrible bank. It kinda defeats the purpose of going to a local bank for a loan if you guys turn around and sell the loan to another bank. This has been a very frustrating experience. Israel you could of been honest. Especially after we made it perfectly clear that we wanted to work with a local bank

The branch manager at the mlk location lacks customer service skills and very surprised with the poor reviews He receives that centennial bank keeps him on board...Big stinky onions!

They misspelled my name on a cashier’s check when I closed my account, causing my other bank to reject it. Two people at this bank had to approve the transfer, and it’s completely unprofessional that neither thought to double check the most basic part of the transaction. I was there for over 20 minutes because the teller didn’t know the process for closing accounts or that they aren’t supposed to add on a fee for doing so. The online banking is also mediocre for a modern bank, shutting you out if you don’t log on to it frequently enough.
