Great selection of products, but I had a bad experience with being profiled by one of the workers, they were glaring at me the entire time like I was a thief and I was stealing something but I was there with my disabled aunt who is wheelchair bound. She followed me through the store and even talked to another employee right behind me within ear shot saying I was stealing, but the other employee dismissed it after I finally got to the counter and paid for my things. After realizing I had lost my phone in the bathroom, I went back and searched for it and when I asked a male employee, the lady was right there and she said, "That's what he gets, that's Karma right there" but I was just wanting to give my aunt a nice time to pick up things for her hobby craft.

This place is great because it has a lot of stuff, but the downside is there's a LOT of stuff, and there's a 50/50 chance an employee will understand what you're looking for. Good for hobby supplies, but a little politically and religiously charged tbh. It's not my first choice for the things I need, but it's also not the last.

I love Hobby Lobby! I don't necessarily agree with their morals, but they are super convenient. I also go here when I need to get an idea of what I want, because I can always buy it online.

Poor customer service, rude uppity employees, management is crass and entitled. " Virginia" followed me around the store for half an hour..when I asked for help (I had been looking for a particular dream catcher) she simply crossed her arms and stood and stared at me. I still have no idea what was going on, but I do know her name tag said she was an assistant manager. ?? If you want to be made to feel like you don't belong, this is definitely the place to go... otherwise, go to Joann's. They are absolutely wonderful !!

I have to say, I just love this place ?? it doesn't matter if you are a beginner crafter or a more advanced one, believe it, there is something here for you !! In fact you don't have to be a crafter at all to find something at this store !! Of course let's never forget they pretty much have some type of amazing sale going on....not on sale this week, wait until next week and catch it then ?

Always a great store to shop at for holiday items and trinkets! Since I always seem to be involved in some sort of crafting project at any given time, I also enjoy the fact that they stock many items that you don't have to wait on a couple of days to arrive by shipping. Employees are usually pretty laid back which I enjoy :-)

I have many hobbies that I enjoy and most times I find exactly what I'm looking for. If it's not exactly the desired item, I can fabricate what is needed. Store is clean most times and shelves are full unless they're being restocked for the next holiday selling period. And staff are friendly and I seldom find them to be unfriendly.

Love hobby lobby, but they take the same items and mark up the price on some and place them at different ends of store. Maybe it’s more desirable at a higher price to someone?! So pay attention and look fr same item in multiple areas of store just to make sure you’re getting it at the best price.

Watch for what is on sale each week to help save well earned $$.This is a place that you can find just about anything for crafts, re-decorating, or pick up kits for your kids to build or explore for school projects.You can also get on their app & order whatever you may be looking for.If you go to the Fayetteville AR store ...please if you want to turn left & head south...go down the street by Richard's meat market...make a right & go to the light to turn left ( south ). Sometimes traffic is really busy & it will save getting in a wreck for someone. It is not worth risking your life...

The micromanagers hold up the line just to prove they can. I feel bad for the poor cashiers who clearly have to work in an environment with overbearing middle management. It's particularly bad when one old man holds up the line with an armful of items. The dream team middle manager and fantasy football craft star spent 23 minutes double price checking everything and trying to find him coupons on every single item. You can't blame a store for it's customers, but that was ridiculous and mm clearly encouraged it for the power trip. When I left the line for a different one she followed me and smuggly told the customer behind me she should get in the line I left because it was "shorter," even though fantasy football guy was still there. For the first time ever I just put all my things down and left. I was in and out of Walmart in a quarter of the time.

Arts and crafts store with amazing selection. Lots of home decor as well. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Definitely go again and order to remind it to other people.
