Lost my $6,000 flooring order.. Couldn't do anything but refund me advised me to reorder.. Couldn't tell me how this could be avoided if I did reorder.. So we'll be making our big purchases elsewhere.. Genesis at customer service was awesome.. I hope she gets promoted to CEO of the company

Helpful and friendly employees. We had stopped by Lowes prior, and needed employee assistance to cut some lengths of chain. It took the staff at Home Depot maybe 5 minutes tops to track down the correct person to help and get our chains cut. The employees at Lowes, however, never assisted after asking 3 separate employees and waiting for them to "find someone," whom they never returned with.Night and day difference- go to this Home Depot if you value your time.

Staff is super friendly & professional and the store, overall, is easy to navigate. My first visit was during peak holiday season, so the aisles were a bit messy. But that’s to be expected, especially for a store this size.I usually go to Lowe’s for everything. But was very pleasantly surprised to see how much cheaper the handful of items I was picking up actually was in comparison. I obviously don’t know how the prices compare store wide, but for the items I specifically bought, I saved a lot of money by coming to Home Depot instead.Another great perk is the size of the parking lot is very easy to find a spot regardless of what you are driving or if it’s peak time or not. I’ve never seen it completely full and when I pulled up in the middle of a weekend day, I was able to find a front row spot with no problems.

First they will tell you they will contact you when product arrives. They definitely do not. You have to call and keep asking.Waiting on a delivery—window is from 6am until 8pm. They will send you a text saying you are one delivery back for hours so you can’t do anything but sit somewhere you don’t live (my type of delivery)waiting ion a delivery. For 12 hours.I’ve been one delivery back for 4 1/2 hours now.Listen to me: Lowe’s has actually fixed their delivery system in the last year so it works much better than before and much better than Home Depot.I will never spend money to be treated this way again. Utter lack of concern for customers.If Lowe’s can narrow it down to a few hours window so can Home Depot. If you buy a lot of appliances and windows etc don’t waste anyone’s time with a 12 hour delivery window with fake or at least erroneous updates. Your time is worth more than that.Update:7 1/2 hours with ‘’1 Stop before me’. Think when they show up and take it out of the truck I should tell them to take it back refund my money.

Stacy at the return desk was extremely rude. Witnessed her attitude not only with my return but while waiting on her to fix my problem, witnessed her being rude and rolling her eyes to multiple other guests. Mike at the paint counter on the other hand is amazing and could teach Stacy a thing about customer service.

Went to Home Depot today and had a great customer service experience with an employee named Jose. He is a fine young man who helped me out with information and personal service over and above. Jose is a real asset to Home Depot in Fayetteville.

They had this sign up stating ALL trees except Japanese maples were 50% off but then when we went to check out, they stated our tree was excluded from this promotion and refused to honor it. The sales associate blamed the "garden people" and refused to take the misleading sign down.

Hello. We came in at 1:30 pm and needed to build a raft. After three people asked us for help and we denied, it was time to confront the gaggle of workers. We walked up mustering as much courage as we could. We felt very meek compared to the their minds. Their construction knowing minds stood and waited for their next victim.... It was us. As we popped the question they all stared and laughed. Nobody said anything, and we felt very vulnerable. Justus did not like our question, he laughed for a while before saying we should go somewhere else. The door and window guy said doors and windows don't float. The god sent man told us to check out academy. They have a hustlin and bustlin river raft inventory. We are now at academy. Thank you so much for your help, thank you home depot.

Sub par customer service. Disappointed with the lack of enough help. Management didn’t seem to help though she tried briefly. They lost our custom made cabinets and kept telling me they were somewhere in the store. I wasted almost 2 hours waiting to pick up half of my order. Manager nowhere to be found afterwards. Very disappointed

I a lady, went in on Friday night to get wood cut. The young lady cut it and was very fast and accurate. I checked out at 10:01 and ask for help getting in my car and a gentleman was very hateful because he had to help. He said “ I guess I’ll do it since I’m the only one left since we’re closed”. Another nice gentleman told him he’d help. It didn’t even take them 5 minutes. I felt like a very bad person. They don’t have to worry about me coming back.

Not happy with their brand Ryobi. Have sent multiple emails trying to get a trimmer warranty with zero response. If this is the kind of company Home Depot aligns themselves with them I will not be doing business with them. I'll take the $300 loss and shop elsewhere. I have never seen a company just simply not care at all about the customer.
