Not happy with their brand Ryobi. Have sent multiple emails trying to get a trimmer warranty with zero response. If this is the kind of company Home Depot aligns themselves with them I will not be doing business with them. I'll take the $300 loss and shop elsewhere. I have never seen a company just simply not care at all about the customer.

Purchased water-resistant plywood, and they cut it to sizes required. Replaced a handicap ramp for an elderly woman. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Will purchase materials from this store when we are in the area. Lowes had refused to cut plywood in their store. Thank you again for improving the quality of life for an elderly person. We were visiting from Arizona and had no power tools. Great store and employees.

Just safe to say that the employees at this Home Depot, with the exception of Tim in flooring, only have socializing & horsing around as their occupation. There may be other employees that actually care about their work. Unfortunately, we did not come across them. Cost the store well over $10k from customers who care about work ethic as well as quality products!

We are building a home and have purchased so much from Home Depot. We had miscellaneous items to return to Home Depot and Lowe’s. The employee at the return desk at Home Depot was so condescending and rude. Lowe’s, however, couldn’t have been nicer even though we had twice as much to return to them. We will NEVER shop at Home Depot again. Everything we returned scanned directly to our debit card which shows it was recent purchases made by us SO don’t act like we’re a charity case that you’re helping out.

In fairness the other big box store is doing this too.Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Picked up 2 sections 24", #3 rebar in what appeared to be the scrap bin. No price on the item and it was mixed in with an assortment of sizes. Was expecting to pay $1 since it was obvious scrap. At checkout they rang it up to $4.25. Was informed the price is set due to convenience for the customer. The same #3 rebar 20' is $6.25. Suggest carrying a cut off tool to fit for your car. So much for customer relations.

I just wish I could give a negative star. I have always been a Home Depot fan but tonight I was treated so rude. My husband and I were grabbing grout and an older man (employee) told us we needed to leave the aisle because THEY needed to move something. The approach was wrong and so rude. We literally were going to be 2 seconds but he was rude and said we had to leave for our safety. I get that but seriously you come before customers!!! Never will we go back. Others employees ignored it !! So sad!!

Any home improvement store like this is always fun.99% of the time, you can find what you're looking for.My only problem with Home Depot is that you can never get help or find an employee. Only the front cashiers.So you better have a pretty good idea of the layout and let the hunt begin.

no cashiers.had a list of items. many they didnt have, like sliding door or shower enclosures. when i didnt get what i could find, they dont have cashiers. no one there to accept payment. id stoped shoping home depot several years ago for this reason but when in one in shreveport that had cashiers, so i thought id try them again. WRONG.reckon ill wait another couple of years before i go back

I like Home Depot much better than Lowes for several reasons. I have used Ryobi tools for a long time and they have held up well. I have a Ryobi elect lawn mower. A good piece of kit! The employees at my depot always seem nice, knowledgable, and helpful. They also have more variety than the competition big box.I also like how & who started Home Depot. I found a pre-fab T&P relief pipe for a great price. The pic below shows the silver fitting on the pvc. I cut it at 8", added an elbow, and routed the pipe outside the wall. Another elbow and 2 ft. of pvc routes water to a concrete slab. I was able to find everything needed in about 20 min. Even hole bits for a great price. I found a pack of 2 , 1 inch hole drills. The caulk was easily found in a convenient tube instead of using a caulk gun. I have bought all of my power drills, battery powered from HD, of course Ryobi. The oldest drill is at least 15 yrs old. The newer batteries, Li-ion fit perfectly. I bought an impact power drill a year ago. It uses the same battery. These batteries do not go down quickly. The brand has held up well!HD is my place! I am moving out of state where the nearest HD is a few hrs away. No!!!

Typical Home Depot, and the employees are usually friendly and helpful. I can get most of what I need for my random projects here. Their plant selection could be a little better.

There’s a minority of employees here with good customer service and I look for them when I need help, but the company culture, or maybe pay scale, obviously, doesn’t breed good customer service. Majority of their employees seem bothered by questions and requests for help.

Update on my previous post: I reported what happened to Home Depot's customer feedback. They had a couple of weeks to respond and they have not contacted me. It doesn't bode well for their integrity

Went there to purchase some yard bags, and as I proceeded to the checkout I was greeted with hostility for using cash and I ended up having to wait close to 30 minutes for them to get change for a large bill that I had with the results of no management ever came out and me walking out of that place with no yard bags and a strong distaste for the business. I was treated poorly, and the associate made me feel inadequate for not using A credit card and informed me that the only people that shop at Home Depot use credit cards and not cash essentially making me feel like I wasn't welcomed so I will never give them my business.
