My favorite online boutique! They always have so much inventory, and their app makes it easy to see new arrivals. I needed an order sooner than expected, and I reached out, and they made it happen! Customer service is *chef’s kiss* As someone who’s worked customer service for my husband’s company, I know how valuable that is. 10/10 recommend!

Love the clothing and accessory selection here, online boutique is great, prices are nice. Unfortunately though, the in person shopping was really overwhelming the last two times. I went in with a group each time, and everyone was very friendly working there, but all we need is a hi and to be checked on once we've been carrying a few items. It's much more enjoyable to have a peaceful shopping experience while making decisions. Instead they checked on us an overwhelming amount, and we were surprised that every time we stepped out to show each other something in the dressing room area an employee came over to take a look as well. It was awkward. Space is nice to have, especially for introverts. Hopefully they learn how to read their shoppers soon because they do have great items. They also seemed to scare off another group as well by offering tons of suggestions after the group said they didn't need help.

Yesterday I spoke by phone to verify that it is still open because it was already 5:44 pm and I told the woman that I am on my way almost to arrive and I need to buy a plus size gift and she tells me that if it is open she can receive me and Nothing arrived and the lady was rude as for the time, she came in and asked me what I'm looking for, I told her that I was the one who called for a plus size gift and to be honest I felt very rude and uncomfortable I suppose that I already wanted to close and that what I was looking, I had little inventory and I will come back another time to see it and I tell him why if it is not yet 6:00 pm because there were 3 minutes left and he gave me a lot of total pressure that I didn't even see the clothes I was going to buy, I just told him it's fine Thank you who came back later.

I had a great experience. I had previously ordered a top through a few other businesses and was never impressed by the quality. I saw the top on Impressions website and ordered it. When I ordered I put my email in incorrectly, I messaged their customer help and the next business day I had a copy of the invoice with tracking info and a response that they updated my information in their system. The top came shortly after and I was happy the packaging held up due to bad weather. I opened it immediately and tried it on and it was exactly as I expected and exceeded the quality I was expecting. I placed a second order with them the same day and I'm very excited. The outfit is for one of my wedding events and I have high expectations for these outfits, it was a relief finally finding something that fit exactly what I imagined.

I lived in Fayetteville Arkansas for 11 years, and Impressions was my favorite local business to stop in when I needed a gift for someone, or something for myself, or just to get some retail therapy! Whenever I had out of town guests, I would always take them there to shop. They have something for everyone, and is perfectly priced! The staff is always fun, attentive, knowledgeable and happy to gift wrap anything at anytime of year! We moved away 4 years ago, and every time I visit, I stop at Impressions and always find things to purchase!

Have always loved This most unique shop… it has been one of my best gift go to boutiques I also love each and every one the staff.. they make it a point to remember you and give great customer service.The owner has a great eye for unusual a different things… love it. Been a customer for over10 years.

I have shopped Impressions on a very regular basis for many years and the service is impeccable! All the girls who work there are super friendly and eager to help you. I also love how the owner has always been a big part of the community in helping others! Impressions always has cute trendy clothes and beautiful jewelry. It’s one of my favorite boutiques in Fayetteville!

Such a wonderful store. A great place to buy gifts for loved ones or a special outfit for yourself. The owner is so sweet and her staff is very helpful. The best part is that they gift wrap anything you buy. Win win situation!!!!

I guess I am invisible to these young women working here. I looked around and tried on dress and no help while 3 were at the counter laughing and visiting. As I was walking out the door one said "have a nice day." I thought to myself I will but never here.
