I made an appointment online for an employment drug screen. (Traveling tech) & the ladies at the front desk, who ever the older lady with classes yellow highlighter hair is, extremely unprofessional. I’ve been healthcare over 10 yrs & never understood how some people manage to keep their jobs. Her being one of them, her tone of voice towards customers for one is aggressive, she wants to explain how “busy” they are like some customers aren’t medical professionals and know this already. She stands at the window smacking her gum and rolling her eyes.JANET is her name. Good grief, you can tell by her attitude she just loves her job.

Horrible place! I have been going here for three weeks to get blood work for my high risk pregnancy and never had a problem. Simply scan the ID, show it to the front desk and get called back. However today was were different. The front desk person is extremely rude. Calling every single person up to tell them they don’t have an order. Obviously they had a system problem bc it can’t be every single person is a problem. Front desk person yelling at patient’s “do you even know why you are here”. My husband went in to find out why my extremely important blood work couldn’t be done and the front desk person acted hysterical to him and kept saying something about how she had an emergency. Well then maybe she should focus on that over being rude to every patient in the clinic. We were told we were “not welcome”. Not sure how you can just refuse a dr order but okay. Don’t worry we will never be back and will make sure to let our providers know that they should discontinue using your services due to the lack of professionalism.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSFront desk worker Janet did not care about customers at all.Looking at all of these reviews, looks like Janet continues to have a horrible attitude towards customers. LabCorp, why do you still employ this woman?I experienced the same horrible attitude that others have expressed here in the review section for LabCorp. There is a reason so many people have come with the same stories, about the same person. There was another new front desk worker that was training under Janet that had the same horrible attitude. Labcorp had Great customer service. Professional, timely. Seems to b many negative reviews. Ours was very positive. Upbeat and quick customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Every time go there i have wonderful experiences. There have been a lot of times when the people needing services come in and ordering test like its a McDonalds. Um... Excused me but they work in a lab not at a "order what I want, when I want." place. Shame on all these reviews that ooze with privilage.

I had no issues. Woman on the phone was nice and pleasant, the woman working the desk was also nice and pleasant, and the nurse who drew my blood was likewise nice, pleasant, and had me in an out in no time. I’m guessing all the negative reviews may just be personal issues with the reviewers…

Impossible to make an appointment. You are not allowed to pick a time. Calling the scheduling office and they said it is walk in. Got there before 4 when they close at 4:15 and said they can't take any more patients that day. I and my husband had to take off work for this. It was impossible. Better to use Med Express.

Awful experience. Drove 30min to get here after booking an appointment online earlier in the week to be told they "don't do that kind of thing here." Weird, my husband received the SAME EXACT biometric screening/blood test from this EXACT location and had no issues.The employees were eating snacks giggling behind the window, and clearly just didn't want to work today. There was no one else there aside from myself, but they weren't about to help me.The man I spoke to was snippy with me, didn't even apologize and just said "oh well". Lol. The only part of this that was enjoyable at this point was seeing how much he already hated his life. Maybe if you all treated people with a little more respect you wouldn't exude such horrible vibes.

The nurse (head nurse I believe, unfortunately i did not get her name) did an amazing job. I have a notoriously bad time when it comes to getting blood drawn and this occasion was no different. The first nurse who tried, missed, and as soon as he did i had a panic attack. I figured that this would be another “come back tomorrow and we’ll try again” kind of days. Instead the nurse who I assume is the most experienced was able to calm my nerves, had me lay down and within maybe 30-45 seconds had my blood dawn and arm bandaged. She couldn’t have done a better job and if that is who the rest of the staff is looking up to and learning from then there is no better place to go for blood work. Thank you to all the staff who helped me get this done.

Needed a drug screen for a job selection process, they made me leave the first time because I had no warning that children weren't allowed "my wife and I both work so only one of us is with our kid at a time normally" I rushed to drop my daughter off at my wife's work because I thought it would be quick. I returned 10 minutes later to find labcorps take lunch from 11-1230 and didn't seem to think I needed that information. They are extremely unprofessional and lazy, do not get your screens done through here. Wasted a whole morning and still have yet to get my drug screen done.

Janet is the worst person I have ever had to deal with. Zero stars isn’t even low enough. How can a company have a person who does any work with the public act the way this Karen acts. Right to work state, more like right to fire Janet state to me.

Office staff were very friendly. Visit was also super quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Just for reference…Drug Test are done 08:00-11:00, and 12:30-16:00. Labs are done from 08:00-11:00, and 12:30-16:30. Lunch is 11:00-12:30.

Drove an hour to lab corp, after speaking with Customer service. Lady at the front desk told me they weren’t doing anymore today. I explained that I had called before driving and they assured me I could take my DT. Lady at front desk became very rude and told me to come back Monday. If I could give them 1 star I would

This location gladly accepted my money for a drug screen for work but when I arrived they have a sign poster saying the lab is temporarily closed.
