I was pushing off lab work FOREVER because I always get treated like a pin cushion and I was scared, but this morning I went to lapcorp and Raquel took my blood and it was one and done! She did an amazing job and she made me feel so comfortable AND she got me out of there in less than 10 minutes. Give this woman a raise ??

Every time I go there, they either have the wrong orders, have no orders at all, or get the billing wrong. Why does no one fix this?

Understandable why they only have 2.7 stars!! Been waiting on my results told it was only gonna take 48 hours ...been a week!! Nobody can help they just keep sending different numbers to call .....one even said they hadn't received my specimen!! Said I should go get another test!! I KNOWLEDGEABLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! UNBELIEVABLE MAN!!!

Got here at 11:10 and they are closed. 11:30-12:30 for lunch, but 20 minutes early... That's ridiculous. You could have taken my blood and still gone to lunch in time... But locking the lobby doors during business hours like that, I'm pretty sure is illegal ...The owner of LabCorp (supposedly) keeps the same cookie cutter response coming to each negative review, about "investigating further" but looks like corporate "IDGAF" is in full force here. Thanks for nothing. Guess I'll die from my auto-immune before you guys even try and improve your customer service...

Just wanted to say that our experience at the Labcorp in Fayetteville Arkansas was absolutely the best thanks to Misty! MISTY IS THE MOST COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING NURSE!! She made our visit absolutely pleasant and is the best at what she does. She took excellent care of my husband and myself. She made our visit for our annual wellness an absolute pleasure! LabCorp you definitely knocked it out of the park when you gained Misty as your employee! The red headed shirt lady at the front definitely needs to find another career. She was so loud, and ILL MANNERED to every person she associates with. Had we had to deal with her personally we would have left. MISTY DEFINITELY SETS THE BAR HIGH!!!

I had a really good experience today. Kind lady when I walked in. Kind ladies at reception area. Young lady that did my blood work was friendly and minimal amount of pain. Very thankful

I was reading the reviews from this location and I was extremely surprised. I have been there several times with my mother in law and actually had an interaction with the supervisor Matt. He was extremely kind, understanding and resolve our issue quickly. During this situation I was able observe how Matt worked and spoke to staff. He was respectful and explained how he was going to resolve our issue as a teaching moment. I appreciate a leader who talks to and explains things in a kind way to not make anyone feel disrespect, even myself or my mother in law.

I use to work here... The supervisor there now was mine as well.. We were bullied and manipulated left and right. He would have us the hot cold treatment where he was okay then he was not. He would smoke in his office and every time I was being assaulted by male patients he would just go in and take their side to "de-esaclate" the situation. I loved being able to help the patients but I couldn't take being bullied and having all the bad things dumped on us.. if there are a different management and HR. I firmly believe that Labcorp would be a better place od work and laboratory experience for patients. We use to run so much more efficiently and once the new manager came in.. everything started going down quickly.

I called to ask questions prior to making an appointment. The gentleman on the phone was rude/unhelpful and is actually the reason I decided to go to a different lap company.

I made an appointment online for an employment drug screen. (Traveling tech) & the ladies at the front desk, who ever the older lady with classes yellow highlighter hair is, extremely unprofessional. I’ve been healthcare over 10 yrs & never understood how some people manage to keep their jobs. Her being one of them, her tone of voice towards customers for one is aggressive, she wants to explain how “busy” they are like some customers aren’t medical professionals and know this already. She stands at the window smacking her gum and rolling her eyes.JANET is her name. Good grief, you can tell by her attitude she just loves her job.

Horrible place! I have been going here for three weeks to get blood work for my high risk pregnancy and never had a problem. Simply scan the ID, show it to the front desk and get called back. However today was were different. The front desk person is extremely rude. Calling every single person up to tell them they don’t have an order. Obviously they had a system problem bc it can’t be every single person is a problem. Front desk person yelling at patient’s “do you even know why you are here”. My husband went in to find out why my extremely important blood work couldn’t be done and the front desk person acted hysterical to him and kept saying something about how she had an emergency. Well then maybe she should focus on that over being rude to every patient in the clinic. We were told we were “not welcome”. Not sure how you can just refuse a dr order but okay. Don’t worry we will never be back and will make sure to let our providers know that they should discontinue using your services due to the lack of professionalism.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSFront desk worker Janet did not care about customers at all.Looking at all of these reviews, looks like Janet continues to have a horrible attitude towards customers. LabCorp, why do you still employ this woman?I experienced the same horrible attitude that others have expressed here in the review section for LabCorp. There is a reason so many people have come with the same stories, about the same person. There was another new front desk worker that was training under Janet that had the same horrible attitude. Narcissist teaching a narcissistJANET YOU ARE HORRIBLE
