Greg is the perfect example of customer service. I drove 30 minutes to this store only to find that they closed at 9 (I was thinking they closed at 10). I had a pickup order that was prepaid. I called the store and Greg answered. He checked with the manager and brought my order out to my car. Greg went above and beyond what was necessary. The world needs more good people like Greg.

I like this store, but man, their fastening hardware and fittings can be tough to get what ya need out of it. If you only need one or two, you have a better probability of being good. If you need more, best of luck to ya. The only way I find to initiate an inventory correction at these big box stores is to order something online that their website says they have but can not be located for you to purchase in person as an in store pick up. It kinda forces their hand to correct the count for that item, at least. You'll get it delayed, but you'll also make them zero out that count and order the item you need. If you purchase it in the meantime, cancel the order after it gets to the store. Help the next guy out ??

This store is the worst! Had to buy a new refrigerator the Monday before thanksgiving. Tammy, the sales person told me it would be delivered the day before thanksgiving. They never showed up so I called and they said I had called and changed the date. That didn’t happen. Anyway it was scheduled to be deliver the next Wednesday. I got a text saying they were on their way at 7:48pm. At 9:00 they called and said they were done with deliveries and I had to reschedule. I talked to Eric the manager and even went to the store. Talked to Eric again. What a jerk! Got my money back and will not go back. They definitely need some training on customer service

Love this lowes mainly because Chris who normally works Register 2 by pro desk. Fast worker, great energy and great person to be around. Lowes needs more people like Chris!!!! Chris needs a raise, literally always willing to help, never gets over stressed and cares about people around him!! Most of everyone else seems to drag their feet and take their sweet time but not Chris!

I'm so mad. Don't ever buy a washing machine from lowes. I went down there bought a brand new maytag washer from them on November 4th. I had to send my husband to the laundromat on Thanksgiving day to do some laundry. I have my disabled mother here so laundry needs done every day. This washer is the biggest piece of junk I have ever had. So I call lowes and they said they only have a 48 hour return policy on large appliances. So I've got to go through the warranty. The warranty won't send someone out until December 6th. So I ask if they will reimburse my laundry fees. Nope. I'm so mad right now. I will never buy another appliance from lowes.

Tariq in lumber was so helpful and spent a lot of time helping us figure out what supplies and lumber we needed. So thankful for helpful knowledgeable workers !
