My wife and I tried to return a jar of spackling to Lowe's today on Skibo Rd in Fayetteville, NC. Granted, we didn't have a receipt, but we are registered with that store and spend thousands there yearly. The cashier wasn't able to process the return and asked for help. After 15 minutes, another employee told her to process it as a, "store credit." Then another employee, who was very obnoxious, interrupted the conversation to say, "they couldn't do the refund." I asked her why she was in the conversation, because she had literally walked by a few seconds ago and couldn't possibly be familiar with the situation. She replied, "...because I'm a supervisor, just like her." I asked to speak with the manager. He arrived and his name tag said, John, Asst. Manager." He was arrogant and condescending. He told us that there was nothing they could do, "...because the computer won't allow it." So Lowe's published no receipt return policy says. "...at the stores discretion." It appears that John felt that not refunding my ~$10 was worth more than me continuing to shop in his store, Today was certainly a customer service win...for Home Depot and Ace Hardware.

I went last week to get a item I ordered the item and got on the next day delivered to me on the next day Sydney ordered the product great customer service and professional great customer service on the delivery of the product Go see them for a washer. Dryer electric stove etc.

I love Lowes in general but this one has always been exceptionally well kept and clean. Finding someone to assist you is easy and they are knowledgeable. Lowes is very good at carrying harder to find items. I do a lot of children's furniture repair and it isn't always easy to find replacement parts but Lowes always seems to have what I need.

BUYERS BEWARE...I've remodeled most of my house in the last year from this location. I bought wood flooring in fall '22. The transaction and install was great. As usual they make you overbuy materials which I returned after the completed project for in store gift cards. I'm now in the middle of remodeling my kitchen since Oct 23. I went in to purchase my granite using in the store. Next I had to do a zoom call with someone in NC to review my countertops dimension (remotely) and then required a large deposit ($750) on this zoom call before they would order the granite. Naturally I went back to the location I picked the granite out to pay for it, they informed me they can't take payments in store and I would have to call a third party company (first I've heard of this company) bc they are the ones I "actually" bought the granite from. I learned when I called this company that I'm not allowed to use my gift cards for a countertop purchase bc they aren't Lowes and my gift cards are no good with them. 6 weeks later my granite finally installed and looks good. I go back to the store to inquire about the backsplash installation to find out that when I paid for everything before (granite and install, backsplash) they didn't include backsplash installation so I was made to pay that before installation date can be set. Get ready for this....again a third party is required and its been 2 months and still no backsplash.And yes I've contacted the store to make complainants on how this has been handled to only be told its not their fault bc third party companies are the ones with all these delays.In conclusion, BUY BEWARE when making a large purchase with Lowes that will require installation. The store will be happy to take you money but it ends there with Lowes. Complaints and issues they simply don't care about.

Probably racist management playing games.My husband applied for a position here. They called him in for an interview and after the interview they told him he passed, “congratulations”, and that he would receive an email in the same day with the offer and instructions for drug testing. The day goes by and no email. Days go by and no email. He tries reaching out, no answer. A week goes by and no answer. So he calls them and they apologize and said the system just takes time and they would just get back with him soon with the offer within a few days. Another week goes by and they email him saying they had to move on with other candidates… a total waste of our time. They’re playing games. For reference my husband is North African… many places are not hiring Middle Eastern & North African people right now because of “Oct 7th”Shameful place. I won’t be bringing my business here either.

I really like this store. They had what I needed and with a little help was able to find it. Seems to be plenty of help milling about so no problem finding anyone. Store is neat and well laid out, don't think you can do better than this Lowes for your needs.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a microwave and the warranty for it. Unfortunately, we are needing for it to be repaired… a guy showed up to “repair” it and ended up damaging it even worse and now trying to get them to fix it has been a challenge. Customer service will not help you, just send you home with a number and they aren’t able to help either. We have taken time off work and lunch time to call and try to get them to help and still no solution. I don’t see the point of purchasing warranty if they aren’t going to help you. Going to Home Depot from now on.

I appreciate the atmosphere of this place. It makes my shopping experience more enjoyable. Some of the workers in the garden center can be a bit bland. But other than that it’s all good.

Worst lowes in Arkansas I’m a loss fan but definitely won’t be going back to this one. They never want to help, always claim they don’t know and send you over to someone else who doesn’t know who sends you to someone else and even the guy at the pro desk didn’t even know how to put an order in. Why have a worker at the pro desk that doesn’t know anything. Always end up wasting so much time and time is more valuable than money so won’t ever go back to them
