A family member of ours mistakenly wrote a bad check which caused both my account and my wife’s accounts to be locked the day before our honeymoon. (Region’s corporate policies that locked our accounts are why this review is not 5 stars) The entire team at the Fayetteville branch was incredibly empathetic and helpful in getting us taken care of. They understood the urgency of the situation and escalated our tickets allowing us to retain our accounts and regain access in the same day. When this ordeal began we were ready to close our accounts and switch banks, but the kindness, teamwork and communication at the Fayetteville branch are reasons why we will continue our relationship with Regions.

After having accounts with Regions for the past 55 plus years it’s time to move on to someone else. The only Fayetteville branch is not in a convenient location and is woefully staffed. After waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone about making some account changes my wife and I decided to leave. We had driven from Farmington together figuring we would both have to be involved. Kurt not only never looked up from the things he was doing and talking on the phone but no one ever apologized for the wait or gave us any update on when we might be helped. After leaving my wife asked why we bank there. In Little Rock we had a wonderful relationship with our local Regions branch and never considered changing. Perhaps this branch is just poorly run and for us there are no other Regions options unless we want to drive even further. I’m afraid we will be ending our life long relationship.

I've had issues 4 of my last 5 visits. For some reason, even though my account shows plenty of money, and I am not exceeding the $800 withdrawal limit, the ATM will not allow me to pull money. The first time it happened, the ATM made it seem like the withdrawal was completed, but it never actually gave me the money. Afterwards, I attempted to call the Regions corporate office, since the branch was closed for the weekend. I was rerouted multiple times by their automated system until I came to a line without a voicemail, so I couldn't even leave a message, and then it hung up on me. Every visit after that, the ATM has read a message stating it couldn't complete the transaction. The actual bank isn't open on the weekends, and since the ATMs wont dispense money from my account, I have repeatedly been refused access to money needed for bills. Due to issues with the ATM, I used the teller, they gave me a $100 bill that was in such poor condition that another bank refused to accept it. Luckily, when I took it back to Regions they exchanged the bill, but I shouldn't have received it in the first place. I've been a very loyal customer for over 10 years. It makes me sad to go, because prior to these experiences I loved banking with them, and I even told others about my great customer experience, but now I have no choice but to leave, since I can't easily access my finances anymore.

Would give 1/4 of a star if possible. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I have banked with them for 14 years and made thousands of deposits. ALWAYS in good standing. Had a family medical emergency and a family member loaned us some money to handle it. These once I deposited the check, they IMMEDIATELY took it from the other account, in other words, IT WENT THROUGH. Then after they had my check they informed me that I can't touch any of it for 14 days which obliterated our whole situation. They wouldn't give it back to me either. Just held my check hostage while my wife continues to circle the drain. They day it does clear we will be closing our account forever, and I will encourage all the people I referred them to to do the same including my grown kids and Co workers that switched to them. The on line banker threw fuel on the fire by being rude as hell as well. Once, I considered Regions "My friend in the banking business. As of July 2023, not much separates them from Bank of America. I definitely recommend if you're new to the area, STAY AWAY FROM REGIONS! You were warned.

Kirk the branch manager is awesome. Originally had some issues getting a representative payee account set up but he was able to make it happen and was very helpful. Ran also is very polite and professional. Very happy with everyone at Regions.

RAN is so unprofessional!! This branch is obviously a reflection of the manager and I do not want someone so uncaring, unconcerned and unprofessional handling my money!!! I will be canceling all 5 of my bank accounts with Regions and will be ending our 25 year business relationship!!!!

One of the all time worst banks I’ve ever dealt with. You can’t manage your account because it takes days to update your account after the off weekend and holidays. Then you’re overdrawn by Tuesday. I’ve had the worst situation happened to me at this location. Ron I believe is is his name took my old debit card and told me it was deactivated. Well guess what two months after he took my old car. He used it at Sam’s. He still works there. I called to try to talk to the branch manager. He said they don’t have one at that location. Then I decided to call the bank in Bentonville to open a complaint. The lady there said “nothing we can do.” She seemed annoyed i even brought it up. If you open ANY type of account with them and Ron helped you. I suggest you look into it. They refunded my money back in July but I never received a call from Ron apologizing or someone higher up to communicate to me how they took measures to prevent their own employees to steal from you again. I still bank here bc I’m still trying to figure out what to do. I can’t let someone like this to this to someone else. I’m ? confident it was him. I would never point a finger without knowing my facts.

The tellers at this location are very polite. I’ve had some very quick encounters here, but any time I’m having an issue they always help me to the best of their ability while remaining as polite as possible. Even offering to call my employer when there was an issue with my check. I’ll never visit another location because I have issues anywhere else

If I could give zero stars I would. This has been the worst bank I have ever banked with. Hints why I don’t use it as much as my other bank. I use the account I have with regions for things I need to do here and there nothing special, well today I deposited a check and a couple hundred in cash and went to use my card and it was not working. I called to figure out the issue and because I hadn’t used the account in about a month or so and it was at a zero amount so they are holding MY cash until midnight tonight. They will not let me close the account or withdraw my cash. I understand holding the check but not my cash. I will be canceling this account tomorrow as I don’t hardly use it anyway and have a better bank for my main accounts. I have never banked with a bank that holds your cash! They could not even have the curtesy to inform me on the ridiculous hold when I deposited the money and check. They told me that there is physically no way that they can withdraw my money. Do yourself a favor and open an account ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Unless you’re just absolutely desperate and Regions is your only option. ??
