I was told by the store manager I qualified for a free line due to the plan I had on my account back in March. Next thing I know I’m being charged for that FREE line on my next bill. No big deal, is what I want thought. I talked to the manager and he promised me a credit for the inconvenience and to cover that charge for the line. But that he wouldn’t be able to give me credit till the due date. I never got the credit hence me getting late fee. Due to “system issues”. T-Mobile had me pay my bill, assuring i would get my money back as a credit. During this time the store got a new manager and after 3 months he only gave me a credit of $10, saying that was sufficient and that he was not going to give me more. I paid over $60 in late fees and the line. And the manager thought $10 would cover that? Why promise something and not do it? I did get the number of the Store manager and Regional manager out of this, gave them each a call twice to try to solve my account. Neither of them answered my call nor returned my call. I had to call the call center after one of the employees at T-Mobile told me he couldn’t do anything else for me. Himself not understanding why the manager only gave me $10 in credit. When I spoke to the representative from the call center, I had to give him the story of the situation because nobody I spoke to in those three months put a note on my account! This was endless phone calls, I visited the store several times. I don’t recommend T-mobile after this. They have terrible customer service.

They are lazy, rude, and unable to answer any questions or perform any phone-related tasks. They spend the day blasting music and scrolling through their phones. I came in to get a sim card for a new phone I bought. The guy helping me was incapable of answering my questions without asking his manager, every single time, while the manager was in the back room. mind you I was the only customer in the store.

The guy employee with glasses was really rude! We came in with a mind to buy a new iPhone but he was rude when we just said there's a 10% military discount at apple. T-mobile do better with your employees. We waited for more than 5 minutes and that's no way to treat customers.

I had an iPhone XR and wanted to change providers for a better monthly rate plan as well as to up grade on phone. I was promised that by switching over to t-Mobile that my phone plan for two lines would be cheaper than what I was paying (I was paying $90 a month for two lines at t-Mobile Metro). I was also promised that by trading in my XR that the phone I wanted (which is the 13) would be for free. I started receiving phone bills costing me almost $200 a month. I questioned why, here my trade in (the XR) wasn’t credited. Lucus, “helped” me out, but I feel like he robbed me. Since it’s past the time to fix the issue, I now must “fight” to get back what is owed to me. Yet, t-Mobile still has my XR for free, and i am still paying almost $200 a month.

I was informed that I would get an iPhone 12 for free by the salesperson and manager if I added a line. This did not happen and I have had 4 months of constant back and forth to the physical store as well as the time spent on T-Mobile help line. The store manager is trying his best to help but the whole situation is as yet unresolved and no hope in site of receiving the promised deal. Make no mistake I will not be a long term customer is this company beware when signing up for a promotion deal double/triple check the facts I would hate for someone else to have to go through the countless phones calls and empty promises that I had endured

Have been to the store 3 times and associates right away refused the service every time. Same experience for my friend who had to call customer care in front of store employee to get a sim card. Tmobile doesn't seem to care about its customers. Moving to AT&T next month!

I am extremely concerned as a T mobile customer finding out that associates are yelling derogative remarks at other mall associates. Commenting on weight of mall customers. They yell and harass customers entering other stores. Seriously considering switching to another carrier. This is unacceptable behavior!

I was a little reluctant to post a review but I work in customer service & something has to be said. I have gone to this tmobile store twice now and both times the employees were not engaged, not present and not helpful. I had legitimate issues with my phone and needed a new one or replacement. No help. I went back with a compatible mobile phone the store associate couldn't get it to work. Later that day I figured it out myself. I strongly dislike writing negative reviews but all it takes is one bad customer experience to ruin the customer-company relationship. Does tmobile not pay their employees enough to motivate them to help customers? I mean come on. We can do better.
