I came there to talk to the woman about my Apple Watch I told her I got it at a different store and she still didn’t want to help me at all. I came there at 5:00pm there were just two girls in there the one with dark eyebrows and long hair.

It's nothing specific to this store, just the company as a whole. We switched service providers in January but continued to get charged through our old account. We couldn't sign into our old account because our phone numbers were no longer associated with it. We were confused because we assumed that everything had been closed out.I couldn't get anyone to help me over the phone because I had lost access to a 6 digit pin and there apparently is no other way to verify my identity except going to a store to update that pin.So I did that. I was told they couldn't update that pin. But they DID tell me that these mystery charges were for two free lines that were a part of a 'promotion' when we signed up. We've never used these lines. We've never needed these lines, but they tacked them onto our account anyways and they've been sitting there for two years free and invisible.When we switched our current numbers to a new service provider, these 'free' lines suddenly started costing money. No one informed us that the free wouldn't also be closed out. And because our numbers are no longer associated with the account we can't log in to the system to have even seen that this was happening!I've been on the phone 4 times and into a store and this is still not resolved. The customer service line tells me to go into a store, the associates at the store tell me to call the customer service line. I'm tired. It's now April and we are out several hundred dollars for being misinformed and completely unhelped.I have been asking about getting that money refunded and was told by T-Mobile, "You should have known about those lines on your account."I am frustrated and feel like this whole thing was a big scam.

Staff was excellent in not only getting you a good deal but didn't try to sell you more than what you were looking for. They were also very friendly and overall just nice and personable. Would recommend this t mobile store if your in the market for a phone or internet service.

I went in to get a new phone and switch over to my fiancés plan from AT&T and the customer service was absolutely amazing! All the workers were super kind and Jaylen made sure to go above and beyond when we ran into problems. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking at getting a new phone or having questions about switching.

Been here twice and Olivia helped us both times. Courteous and straightforward. Answered all our questions and wasn't pushy. Very positive experience. The other guy today seemed friendly and helpful as well.

Sales was fine. Did not follow through for promised overnight delivery for an item I needed immediately. If it does not arrive tomorrow, I will cancel order and go elsewhere to purchase.

Been with tmobile going on 17 years. Best price if you work with them and customer service is very helpful and they will call you back not put you on hold listening to elevator music. And 55 + gets a discount.

Worst customer service ever!!, added lots of services without asking first, then got really high bill in the end of the month and then I went back to return my old phone because I had to upgrade my phone but they wouldn't accept it, instead they ask me to ship it through usps.

If only I could rate this store a 0! One of there T-Mobile workers lied to us and used a fake email and probably to many others and now he got fired from the store! Now we're stuck on a trade in phone contract with a super high phone bill And nobody wants to do nothing about it not even the store manager all they say is that they can't do nothing about it, even though they miss informed us and even the store manager knows and acknowledge it that he lied to us but still can't nothing about it, so d*** ! Where gonna take legal action now! Stay away from these liars unless you want a 300$ phone bill and a contract! Sucks how we've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years and this is how they treat there existing customers ! Stay away !
