Bought a commercial weed whacker from the hardware store. STIHL for $500 to use commercially. The guy who sold it to us said it was the best weed whacker and would last for years. 4 months. That's how long it worked. 4 months. So, we take it back and the warranty is only good for two months. They wont fix it or replace it without more $$ and yet it has only been 4 mos. For a commercial machine. Then they laughed at my husband when he asked for the manufacturer phone no or info. We will never go back to the Hardware Store, go rip off other hardworking landscapers. We will go right to Elite outdoor rental or even Straights is better service and sales.

Went to the hardware store to buy a professional commercial weed whacker to use for our full service lawn biz. Weed whackers are an essential part of our business and at the beginning of the year we bought a new one for security and peace of mind and we paid over $500 for that security and peace of mind. Of course, it only lasted 4 months. So we take it back for the warranty and we find out the warranty is only good for 2 months. Like they know exactly how to rip people off of their hard earned $$ then they laugh at my husband when he asked about the manufacturer info, you can find that on the internet they said. The same guy who sold it and lied about the quality of the machine they sell to public but then did not even tell him about the "2 month" warranty! I recommend Elite rental or Straights for any commercial grade machines and repair. Have a great day!

Knowledgeable staff and they have everything you need for Stihl products. I even messed up and bought the wrong air filter for my string trimmer and they gave me the correct one and a refund without a receipt. Stihl makes the best landscaping equipment and this place is the best Stihl dealer I've found.

After reading the reviews I see attaboys to people leaving good reviews but no responses to bad reviews, but will leave one anyhow. I have purchased things at this store several times, always busy but professional. Today is Monday, I called Thursday to check on price and availability of a 25 hp Briggs engine, gave model , serial and my info. Called Monday around noon to check on status. I understand they’re probably busy. I told first person all details, they said they would find out who was working on my prospective order. On hold, guy gets on and asks if he can help me, I then explain again the details. He says they haven’t done anything with my engine info and would call me back. I have called with questions before and they always seemed to take it seriously even when I know they are busy. This time just seemed annoyed that someone would actually call them. I asked them why I would trust them to call me back and that I would just go somewhere else. Just my take, If you say you’re going to do something but didn’t have time and customer calls back days later to ask about it, don’t ask for info, tell them you don’t know, pass them to someone else without telling them the details so they waste their time asking again, then have an attitude when asked about it.

The personal and professional service from the staff and been excellent. You do not see nor expect this from one of the big box stores. Their pricing in many cases is cheaper than a big box store. This is what America's hardware stores use to be. They also have a great selection of equipment rent for almost any home projects. My go to store for most DIY projects around the home.

These guys are the absolute best! I know nothing about tools and they are very helpful. I come in stressed out with a baby in one arm and they are very patient and helpful. Imagine shopping at another hardware store?! Couldn’t be me!

The Hardware Store is great! I have used them multiple times for mower repairs and today when we decided to get a new mower, Michael answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable about the mower we were interested in.He even went to get gas for us after he found out they were out of gas to fill up the mower.

Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had dealing with a hardware store. Had the cops called on me because I proceeded to tell the owner what the problem is and instead told me I was not to come back and I wasn’t welcome anymore after the 1000s of dollars I’ve spentI rented a pole saw which should clearly work every time since they RUN a chainsaw shop and they kept telling me it was my fault that the pole saw wouldn’t work. They proceeded to tell me that the mechanics on it were in shape before I left which they were clearly not.I own and operate a tree service and it’s vital that I have equipment work for me. All I was asking for was good customer service and they failed big time with that. Instead they tell me I’m not allowed back.
