Jacob in the pharmacy is the most helpful employee I’ve ever interacted with. Definitely recommend this pharmacy, especially with workers like him.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. Completely rude on the phone, got hung up on several times while waiting to speak to the pharmacist. Then went to the drive thru arrived at 1:15pm and waited in line only to finally get up to the window at 1:29 pm and the girl looked me dead in the face and put up the pharmacist not n duty sign and went to lunch. So much for taking care of the customer. I understand people want to go to lunch but I had already been waiting for 15 minutes to pick up my elderly mothers prescriptions. Ridiculous.

The pharmacy is so unorganized! I scheduled a Covid/flu test online & I got the confirmation email but I called beforehand anyway to make sure they were expecting me due to past bad experiences. I was told the pharmacist on duty at my scheduled time couldn’t perform the test. So I went at a later time as instructed when another pharmacist would be there. Big surprise, I show up & got the run around ; they had to renter all my info that I’d already given online. I ended up standing at the counter while the staff went back n forth for 15 min trying to figure it out. Then was told to sit & wait for another 10 min. Then taken to a room to sit & wait again. The staff are nice enough but idk why it’s so unorganized & time consuming. I tried to be prepared by calling ahead to RE-confirm my email confirmation of the appt, & STILL got the run around. I’ve been here about 40 min now & still haven’t gotten my test administered.

45 minutes. That's how long I had to wait in line to get my medicine. I would have left if I didn't need it that day.Oh ya, and I called 2 times that day to check on my prescription and was on hold for 15 minutes each time and finally gave up when no one ever picked up.That's the day I decided I'm switching pharmacies.

There was one item I needed that the store was out of, but an employee (not sure if manager) seemed more than happy to help me find a replacement item and save me time. She worked with a sense of urgency and consideration. The store was clean and staff was friendly. Good product options.

The store is usually not very busy in the evening time after 7:00pm. The store is always stocked and the shelves aren't bare. The staff is friendly and helpful however this location won't price match their own prices that are shown in the app. Kind of weird in my opinion. I would think Walgreens would match their own prices shown in the app.

The worst pharmacy ever! No text sent! Last time I had to wait almost 2 hours to get a prescription filled. Today, I went and dropped my prescription. They said that I would receive a text. NEVER got one! The pharmacy hours on the website shows pharmacy open until 9pm. I was surprised to find out the pharmacy closes at 8pm. If you say that you will send a text by God better send one. Walgreens in other places have better customer service, it is sad to see that this store doesn’t care to continue an impeccable image this company has.

Don't waste your time trying to get a Covid booster. I made an appointment, showed up at the appointed time and they had some kind of cover over the walk-up window for services other than prescription refills which had at least a dozen people patiently waiting for more than 30 minutes to finish serving the first guy in line. Next (another 30 minutes). They need to hire some help.

as a cvs shopper, employee danial was not only super helpful but made me feel welcome to the store. I feel the same way about the person with curly blonde hair with pink highlights. will be coming back

Three times in a row I was over charged, and had to bring it to their attention. In not talking a little.. Items ringing up for not only more than advertised but also more than the baseline price marked on the shelf. It's not an accident at that point, its a scam.

I can’t express how much disdain I have for this pharmacy. They are the SLOWEST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They are rude. They don’t act with motivation. And I 10/10 recommend finding a different pharmacy.

They always have an excuse why things either A. Cost so much compared to other places or B. Why they can’t fill a script on time. And when you try to solve this issue they say things like “well it looks like it wasn’t sent to another pharmacy, call your dr” and then you do, don’t hear from the dr all weekend. Come back Monday to try again and they say “oh it does look like it was sent some place else”. So I went an entire weekend with important medication. And i completely understand mistakes happen but its ALL THE TIME with this pharmacy. Not to mention they sometimes don’t have pharmacists on duty and don’t direct you someplace else to pick up meds. The app is also completely useless.

Do NOT use this pharmacy. I had a prescription filled for 30 pills, a prescription I've taken for 15 years. Got home opened the bottle noticed it seemed very light. Counted the pills to find I had been given 20 instead of 30 even though I paid for 30 and the script was for 30 pills. Called..they told me to come in and then basically called me a liar to my face. Never would I ever lie about my medication, so I urge you not to go here unless you want them stealing your medicine and then acting like you're crazy.

Walgreens is now taking money from the old and sick. When using your over the counter benefits they are charging you money on top of it. I bought 3 things. All clearly over the counter products on the receipt. I was still charged cash on top of that for said products. The manager Griffin came over. I showed him the receipt. He agreed that everything was over the counter. When asked why I was being charged he told me that's what the register said so you have to pay it. Griffin is always incredibly rude to customers.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They NEVER have your prescriptions ready when they say they’ll be ready. Their phone lines are down several times a week so prescriptions won’t even arrive at their store for hours and hours if at all. Their excuse is always that they’re short staffed, but they’ve apparently been short staffed for 2 years. Hire someone already then. They’re always rude and always slow. Choose anywhere else.
