My fiancé and I visited Zales yesterday to look at wedding bands for the both of us, Tia helped us while we were there and she was AMAZING! She was super incredibly helpful, she didn’t creep on us the whole time we were there but was super quick to answer any questions we had. She was funny and personable and didn’t pressure us to buy anything on the spot. We will definitely be returning.

My husband walked into this place and was in Jean's and a t-shirt and this other gentleman was in slacks and dress up shirt and they completely ignored my husband and started helping this other gentleman immediately so my husband took a seat even though he was in there first before the other guy. What's funny is my husband proceeded to sit there for a good 20 minutes and nobody wanted to help him because he was in his work clothes. There was other people who walked in behind him that got help before he did. Finally after a good 20 minutes and about 5 people that was helped before him he decided to go to Kay's and they immediately asked him if they could help him and he walked out with a $4,000 dollar ring that he bought for me for Christmas. We will never do business with Zales needless to say.

Horrible service! My order has been late for a month. Called the customer service and she told me to wait for another month before calling again. Extremely rude and condescending.
