Jordan was the best part of our experience. He was very welcoming but never the "pushy salesperson". We were in the store twice in the same day. The last time was 8 mins til closing. When we made our choice, it was closing time. I told him I could come back tomorrow so he could get out on time, but he worked late to take care of us. Customer service at it's best!

Pleasantly surprised at how dedicated the staff here was in getting my warranty claim processed. I'm not sure how to spell the associates name. But it stated with a D. She was so helpful and patient. She did everything in her power, numerous phone calls to higher ups, etc to process my replacement mattress. Due to a technical issue with their system, she was not able to complete the transaction while I was there, but kindly offered to work on it and give me a call once it was completed so I didn't have to wait in the store. Amazing customer service!

Bought a purple mattress hybrid 2 a couple of years ago. Great customer service. Went back for some more purple sheets. You cannot beat these sheets! Again, great customer service!! Any opportunity for a discount or a deal, these guys will let you know.

The selection and sales representative (Jordan) was great. We found a bed we liked in no time with Jordan’s help. We also got the mattress cover and sheets we liked too. We can’t wait for it to be delivered for a good night’s rest.

Very helpful staff, we discussed certipur options on mattresses. He explained the benefits and was very helpful. He loaded my mattress onto the vehicle and secured it.
