Mrs. Lori Whisnant was the most helpful lady. She was able to help right away and was so very nice. I am from out of state and she was able to help me with my banking needs even though I am not a member of the bank. Really great to know there are so many polite people at this bank and Heber Springs as a whole.

I was in Heber Springs on Friday the day after Thanksgiving. I was looking for a different bank chain but somehow found myself at the door of Centennial. I needed some cash for a purchase by individual and the Centennial team came to the rescue. They helped me explore all alternatives and finally we found a solution.
