This is a nice place, I especially like that it’s not too crowded and I enjoy the CrossFit work station. The view is also nice from the cardio equipment area.

Best place to work out , physical therapy , personal training. Great staff who welcomes u and makes u feel right at home. Has excellent classes for yoga , silver sneakers and helps with many other issues or problems u maybe experiencing. All types of classes to fit ur needs and for any issues u may be having .

I'm currently using both sides of this wonderful facility- I'm going for Physical Therapy per my Doctor's order. The Therapy has been so beneficial , and tremendously helping!
